Absolutely love this company! Amazing products and service at great value. My families birthdays and Christmas’ wouldn’t be complete without their bath bomb packages. My son had a Lego themed party and they even made him some Lego figure bath bomb. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality products, Bath bombs always been top quality with lots of choice and scents. New room sprays are fantastic. Used the company since it started, small family run business so need to order in plenty of time which is understandable but always got what I ordered for when I need them.

Used to buy from this company on ebay first few orders were fine, after receiving whipped soaps instead of salt scrubs i messaged the company on instagram and was told i could have a £12 refund. After sending my bank details and not receiving anything i was told i could have a replacement instead. Months of waiting and messaging and being told that they are still waiting for the machine ect. they finally said a replacement had been sent. 2 weeks later and still waiting. I asked the company to provide tracking which they replied "remind me in the morning because i will forget" (bit unprofessional) Messaged them in the morning asking for tracking, they come online and just ignored my messages. It wasn't until i mentioned trading standards that i got a reply saying they had refunded me and that they'd "send the tracking to prove a point" once they'd finished what they were doing. They then said they wasn'tsending me tracking because I'd threatened with TS. Checked my bank and £10 was refunded, they told me i could have the other £2 once i returned the soaps WHICH MY FINGERS HAD BEEN IN! 🤮 (they knew this as I'd sent them pics of the product) They went on to tell me they'd throw the soaps in the bin once they'd recieved them. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's a shame because i was a returning customer but they have for sure lost my custom! The person messaging me was not only rude and a liar but had as much intention on sending me the tracking as they did sending a replacement. I was then blocked on instagram and WhatsApp and they removed messages that they had sent me. Very dodgey company DO NOT TRUST! Also the products i would NOT trust after being told to send back USED SOAPS!! Yukky AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I’ve bought the bath bombs a few times they’re really good, I’ve just bought the room sprays they are absolutely fantastic the smell is so good. Would definitely recommend these.

Sadly this company seems to have gone to pot. I've ordered for years from ebay. Shipping always slow but products are good. However recently I bought a mystery box and the contents were a joke. I left a review on ebay and received a very aggressive response. They don't take well to negative or neutral feedback. Subsequently they contacted me to apologise, saying they had sent the wrong item and would rectify. They didn't and haven't. I've chased, each time being assured they would sort, they haven't. They told me they would check tracking. Next time I contacted they said they couldn't possible check all tracking. It was their idea. So sadly , having bought so much from the in the past I've given up. Just terrible customer services.

Fantastic customer service, they bath bombs smell amazing, I have also had the Christmas calendar which was amazing value for money, and also the kids bath bombs.

We love the lather up bath bombs. They are a great price and come with lots of choice. My boys love the ones with hidden toys so would be fab to have more of those please as keep looking but not available. But always love the themed boxes such as Halloween or birthdays etc

I buy the round bath bombs all the time.
I have never had a bad experience and have been shopping with latherup for 4 years at least. At one time near Christmas I had ordered a load of the same bath bomb for a girls rugby team, I needed them in a rush and latherup went above and beyond to make sure I had them on time
They even allowed me to go pick them up
