Regularly issues are with channels. Connection is not great. Few times per week there will be a part of channells what will not work. Once they are contacted usually trying to find an issue with us not in themselves.
I bought 1 month for €9. To watch on tv some latvian television.
First of all.
Buffering like it's 4k resolution quality poor
Spending more time cursing then watching.
100+ channel. Found only 4
Hard to navigate.
Switch to mobile, same thing. Can't watch anything.
Contact help line. Clear cookie and data files. Where the hell there us cookies and data files on TV. Did that on mobile. Didn't make difference.
And then they asked me to let some Engineers access to my computer.
Why??? Did I mention something about my computer.
Will probably give 3 stars just for refund
But constant back and forth abut unnecessary tasks. No way -1 star from me.

Rubish service. They offering 7 days free service as a trial. I thought to use and registered. I could not have an access for 7 days, instead I was told that I used the offer therefore have to pay. When I complained, the repeat msg was sent that my link was already used. Even though, I explained that its not possible as I registered only on the 06.09.2023 and today is 07.09.2023. I was not even offered an investigation.
It is misleading advertisement which is against consumer rights.
