beware of this firm. I ordered a mirror in June 2021 and waited until March 2022 to be told it was out of stock. I have since been waiting for my refund of £380. it is disgraceful customer service. I am so disappointed.
Very unsatisfied.
I ordered a large item from Latzio and was very excited to receive my item. But in the end I waited over 6 weeks, emailed them numerous times to chase my order, with various promises of delivery, and nothing. In the end I gave up waiting and requested a refund. I was promised a refund by 10 working days (which is effectively 2 weeks for a refund!). I asked if they could rush the refund as they had kept me waiting so long, but I only have 3 days to go until the full 10 working days and still no sign of my money. They have effectively had my money for 8 weeks. To say I am unhappy is an understatement and I will not be ordering anything from them again. Looking at other reviews, I can see now this is a common problem.

Nice vase but did have some issue with delivery
Ordered a vase from here, was given a estimated delivery slot of 16th, DPD said 19th- was fine with that. But once the date had passed DPD had not received the parcel yet.
Have been attempting to contact customer service via phone and email- wouldn’t bother they just don’t respond to you!
Money taken- and no goods provided, scam website?
Edit: Have upgraded the review to 3 stars. I was contacted by the customer service team after this review and was told there has been a supply chain issue and that I should receive the goods latest Monday, it was delivered Tuesday. It is a lovely vase however, just didn’t have a good experience. Have been told that I should receive a refund for the delay in delivery however, have yet to receive this.

Ordered outdoor lights to be delivered…
Ordered outdoor lights to be delivered in March. Now three weeks overdue, was told in email would be with me in a week delay. No answers to emails, very poor customer experience. All I want to know is when they will be delivered or whether I should cancel order.
The story continued, was told it would be delivered 21/4 still nothing. Requested a full refund.
Would suggest not placing any orders with this company as the service is the worst I have experienced in a long time. No communication, promises made and not delivered and I have resorted to a refund!

Paid but Never Sent
I paid for my item back in February and never received at the time promised. I was told item would be in by mid April. I asked for a refund and did get it, I had paid via PayPal so I opened a case just in case I didnt get it, I believe that helped. After reading these reviews I wish I had read before I gave them my money. I won't purchase from them again

Mum Ordered my birthday gift from here…
Mum Ordered my birthday gift from here and was intended to be delivered on the 6th April 2022. Now we are on the 9th and not heard anything about the order.
Having initially had what appeared to be a helpful response from Latzio Customer Services where we were promised delivery by the 14th we are now on the 21st and still no news. An email was sent yesterday to chase things up again.

Shocking company, be warned!!!!!!!!
This company are a Zero star but I didn’t have that option. Placed and order for wallpaper which stated it was instock and available for immediate delivery. Due to the fact they drop ship, they couldn't supply for two months as their supplier was out of stock. Cancelled order, email confirmed refund would be issued 7 to 10 days( why it takes this long to process a refund, should be instantaneous just like my payment to them) NERALY TWO MONTHS LATER STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. No replies to emails or phone calls. Will be calling mastercard for a charge back and trading standards, as they are miss selling at best, at worst trading fraudulently. I just wished I had checked them out before hitting the pay button. Pointless stating contact customer services in your replies because your Don't respond.

Never use this company!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My order was late and had gone past the estimated delivery date, when I enquired I was advised it still wasn't even received in their warehouse. I promptly cancelled the order after hearing this and since then have called their customer services number every day which is never answered and have emailed 2-3 times a week for the past THREE weeks chasing the refund (almost £400!) I was advised I would get within 5-10 business days. They have stopped responding to any emails now and I am just waiting to be able to put a claim in with my bank. I have spent so much time chasing a refund for an order I NEVER received.
I wish I looked at the reviews on this company before I placed an order. Absolutely terrible - they will take and keep your money. Do not use this company.
***UPDATE since writing this review I have been emailed with 'proof' that my refund was processed a week ago. This 'proof' has no date listed, no transaction or reference number attached. No refund has been issued.
***UPDATE after receiving 'proof' that I had been refunded a week a go with no date listed or number, I have received my refund the next day.

They take your money, never deliver and never refund!!
Customer services ALWAYS goes to voicemail, they never call back, no responses to emails at all.
One of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to come across. Still awaiting over £300 in refund. I have referred the claim to the bank (because of no response) and will be contacting Trading Standards.
