The service we received from Luna Windows was flawless from start to finish. Our home had original 1970’s windows and doors that had never been replaced - so this upgrade carried considerable history and sentimental value. From the first consultation through to fitting, the entire process was handled with respect and professionalism.

Peter Bate took time to explain safety legislation and what to expect, the admin team made payment feel effortless, and Bob and Terry installed everything efficiently - even finishing early. They left our home spotless and were incredibly friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend Luna Windows to anyone needing new windows or doors.

Bob and Terry arrived early, worked extremely hard and had finished the installation in just 1.5 hours. They were clearly very experienced and knew what they were doing.

Paul and Terry arrived promptly to fit 2 windows and a door. They worked hard and expertly paying attention to detail. The finish is very good and they left the site tidy.
I found all who i came into contact with from the initial surveyor, Lance, to the chap who did the detailed measure (sorry I've forgot your name) knowledgeable experts in their field. Thank you.

Brittania Windows AKA Launa Windows fitted two external doors which warped within 18months of installation. Eventually someone came to have a look at the doors in February 2024. They said the doors needed replacing and they would sed a report in. After 6 months and no replacement doors I contacted Launa Windows and was told that they had lost the report and would need to send another inspector. He came in January 2025. He agreed the doors had failed and needed to be replaced. I have made dozens of call to Launa Windows and am told someone will call me back. No one ever does and we still have 2 doors that needed replacing. Launa was once a good reliable company sadly not any more.

Paul has spent a long, hot day fixing our new patio doors - they look stunning. He has been diligent and determined despite our house’s idiosyncrasies. The workmanship is high quality and he’s been a very pleasant chap to have around.

Had two windows replaced by Bobby and Terry today. They turned up early afternoon and were done in a couple of hours. They got on with it quickly and professionally. Showed me how they worked afterwards and left minimal mess. From start to finish it was a great installation. Thank you guys !

We recently had our front and back doors replaced with Launa windows and the products/service has been brilliant throughout would highly recommend. This is our 2nd time using this company and the fitters Terry and Bob were brilliant cannot fault the amazing job they did. Paul who came out to help us design the doors was also a great help and clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience.

absolutely excellent service. We have a guest house and were replacing most of our windows. The team were cheery, made good any damages and when issues arose, they solved them. It seemed that the team were empowered to make reasonable decisions and as a result customer service was top notch, including the fitting.
A minor grip was that we didn't know what was being done when and it would have been better for both parties if we knew which windows they were going to turn up with (just a suggestion).

Launa windows provided a good service and product for a new front door 2 years ago so we went back to them for double glazing for the whole house. Just fitted and we are very pleased with the product, service and installation (fitted by Paul and Mark). Everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and the week of installation was less disruptive than I expected.

Good, reliable work, quality products. Two composite doors. Fitted well. Friendly sales, surveyor, and fitter. Would recommend and/or use again.

As per many other reviews here which regrettably i've only come across since falling foul of using Launa myself. Had a recent composite front door installation done by Launa and their subby fitters and surveyors. Door leaked rain water within 48 hours of installation. Wrong sealant used do it just turned to mushy putty within same time frame. Took weeks to get someone out to look at it. Surveyor sent out who agreed door was installed poorly and frame was warped at top and bottom like a banana causing the poor seal and water leaks. Said he would advise Launa that a new frame was needed and bottom sill had been installed incorrectly. Launa disagreed with their own surveyor's findings(?!) and sent the original fitter back out who insisted door only needed adjusting. He also commented "I hear the surveyor's been gobbing off". Due to warped frame it is already at it's max range of adjustment and the fitter has simply has just botched it with no interest in actually doing a good job. Now, one week on, door handle needs to be forced to close properly and we can still feel a draft from the front door. I'm no longer entertaining the above sort of service and will be taking action via legal routes to pursue a rebate of the £1700-ish in outlay for this shambles.

Six years on and a locking window handle stuck in locked position. Contacted Network Britannia and was told the ten year warranty doesn't cover window handles despite the original Launa contract saying the ten year warranty covers the windows and their components (are locking window handles not window components?) and that I would have to pay a £107.10 service charge. Needless to say, I declined and, after searching the net for instructions, fitted a replacement myself. So disappointing after the excellent work carried out by Launa in fitting the windows. OK, so the replacement wasn't expensive, I had the required tools and was able to release the lock to get at the lower fixing screw thanks to a video on Youtube, but it's the principle (or lack of it) that warrants this one star review

Customer service is terrible. Mistakes with installation dates and constant reminders about payment when payments were made. It was very stressful to deal with them, however doors and windows appeared to be installed well.

Agreed a date and time to come and quote - they didn't turn up. No communications.

Customer service is non existent. They didn’t stick to delivery date they promised. They are a very difficult company to deal with. Saying that, the fitters who came were brilliant and the French doors are exactly what we ordered and look good. To conclude good product poor service.

An excellent service, so far. The rep (Elliot) who came round to visit and give a quote was on time, polite, very helpful & friendly.

Elliot has given me a competitive quote which was fully explained and has left me time to think about my next decision. I will give it all some thought and reply in a couple of days.

I ordered a new conservatory (windows and roof, keeping existing brickwork) in September 2021. A very helpful salesman, Terry, came within a few days, and we had a quote within a week and a surveyor visit within another week. We approved the surveyor’s designs which arrived promptly, and paid a deposit. We received a free insurance policy after the deposit. My only criticism of Launa Windows was that we then heard nothing whatsoever from them until 4 months later, when they contacted us to agree a fitting date. It would have been reassuring to have a few emails while waiting, updating us on progress. Also at this point all the bills came at once, during the fitting week, whereas they had said they would invoice us for further payments along the way while we were waiting. However I haven’t knocked off a star, mostly because of Lynn in the office, Tristan the fitter and Dave the electrician! Together they made the whole experience really good. I have never seen anyone work as hard as Tristan, he put in 5 very long days, not finishing until late as needed, and he was so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The end result is excellent, and the few very minor issues we noticed on completion (Friday) were remedied on Monday just 2 hours after I called Lynn to report them! Unbelievably good customer service. Dave the electrician also did an excellent job, and Lynn in the office was friendly and professional. All in all, I would recommend Launa, and would choose them again.
