They don’t uphold the timelines or their promises. It can take days to a week to respond to emails. The work doesn’t get done. No transparency and you have to follow up yourself every week otherwise you won’t hear a thing.
I’m very surprised because they seemed so great and they also asked if I can do a good review for them which is why I thought that would incentivize them to do go to work.
They agreed they messed up. I’ll be issuing a chargeback if I don’t get a refund.
Mike is good at sales and Hamza seemed to really know his stuff. If they had communicated any of the multiple times I asked about the next steps and timeline that it would take longer, I would just wait.
I even offered to do the work myself if they were busy with other clients. My emails were so nice until the serious one I sent yesterday.
They didn’t show up to a meeting today. Or they were there and didn’t let me into the Google meet when I logged onto the meeting.
Horrible communication and no access to them except email so now it feels like a scam so I either a refund or need products put on the website and an ad created this week before my chargeback windows expires.
One good thing is they said sorry and said they messed up. They also did provide me three logo options from a third party I assume they paid for and I chose one but I don’t have access to anything. I estimate they did 1 or maybe 2 hours of work in 3.5 weeks. I agreed to pay them because they said they would deliver in a certain timeline and have a lot of experience and communicate well. I should have just used the cheaper resources from fiverr.
If they get me products and ads this week, I told them we can continue, but Hamza only agreed to give me access to the website this week and ignored my request for products and ads.
I don’t trust he’ll do what he promises and my only defense is the chargeback which expires this week.
