*LaunchElectric* not Wisper! I bought a Wisper 905 Torque from these cowboys. It developed a fault within two weeks, they were unwilling to help and told me to contact the manufacturer instead. Wisper is now dealing with it and has said that they will stop selling their bikes through LaunchElectric as they have had other complaints about poor service from people who bought through Launch Electric. My advice would be buy through another dealer and give LaunchElectric a miss, I can't fault Wisper though, they have courteously and efficiently repaired my bike free of charge.

Calum was really helpful and went above and beyond by registering with my cycle to work scheme at HMRC, which meant I got the bike I wanted at the best price. I’d recommend this company and it’s so good to be able to support independent businesses, rather than buying via a big chain. Also, I didn’t want to spend thousands on an electric bike for a short commute, and I’m thrilled with my E-go Lite +

I'm extremely pleased with both my bike and the before and after contact I had with Calum both by email and phone. He answered my many questions before I purchased my bike. Sometimes the online information on a product isn't as stated. This company however has a good website that is true and the product they supply is of an exceptional quality. Speed of delivery and packaging cannot be faulted.

I recently purchased an E-GO Lite folding bicycle from Launch Electric. Initially I spoke to Calum via the web chat option on their website. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and helped me to make a well informed decision on my purchase.

Sadly when the bike arrived, only a couple of days later, I had noticed the box appeared to have been damaged. I subsequently sent some photos of the damage to Calum who informed me that this is something that can occasionally happen in transit, although thankfully it is quite rare and the bike should be fine.

Unfortunately it was not and upon inspecting the bike whilst assembling it I noticed some scratch marks and the kick stand also looked noticeably scuffed and scratched as well. As if something had scraped it.

Needless to say that I sent some more photos of the damage to Calum, who genuinely seemed just as disappointed as I was at the time.

After emailing back and forth for a few days we came to an arrangement that appeared to suit us both.

It was unfortunate, although in my honest opinion Calum went above and beyond to ensure that overall I was satisfied and happy with my purchase.

It is for this reason alone that I would not hesitate to recommend talking to Calum at Launch Electric if you are in the market to purchase a new electric bike.

Great little bike for popping into the car, train, bus..folds like a dream.

I placed my order on the Friday and i was riding it on the following Tuesday! Absolutely brilliant service and the bike is just the biz! I would say that it’s slightly heavier than a traditional mountain bike but it’s not un gainly and is perfectly balanced in my view. If you’re looking for a fat tyre bike. This is it!

My Knaap 2-seater bike arrived in perfect condition, inside heavy duty carton and contents well protected with styrofoam. Only thing you need to do is fit front wheel and handlebars and ensure all other Allen bolts are secure with the comprehensive tool kit and full instructions provided. The bike looks the business, solid looking and smart, mine’s smoke grey. Operates and rides perfectly, haven’t ridden far as yet, but battery life will be good by the looks of the digital display, which has all the functions. Speed, Time, distance, MPH, KPH, etc. Exceedingly happy with my purchase which will be used on Motorhome trips as it will be easier to carry one bike, not two inside vehicle for security and it’s only about 26kg.

Purchase a great E-bike the Avaris 2.3 bike what a great ride better then the branded type Hybrid bikes done at leat 30miles only used half the battery power. Can 95% together just put the handle bars on the 2 pedals pumped up the tyres away we go charged the battery overnight
