We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with our services.
As you aware, we are middle of a global pandemic and postal systems of countries effected so badly because of that. This is not something we can control. The documents we are shipping to our customers are extremely important documents, such as bank cards.
With our past experiences, when we send them to certain countries with standard posts, especially Algeria, or takes so long to reach there (2 months) or get lost. So, to avoid that we offer express shipping to those countries. This is the only way to protect your important deliveries.
If you reach our support, I am sure they can help on that.

After a quick review of your emails with support team, we have seen that you stuck on the passport side. As an international entrepreneur, you need to have a passport to share with financial institutions. Those regularities are in place for years and it is not up to us. Simply, if you do not have a passport they wont be able to verify who you are and we find that it is a bit unfair to blame us about that regulation.
