Helped me reload software after loss
I bought a new computer then purchased software from them. Unfortunately the motherboard died on the new PC. Upon receipt after repairs, the hard drive was wiped and my software was gone. I reached out to Launching deals and they provided me with a link to reload my software purchase. Great customer service!

**UPDATE**
The company reached out to me. They had screenshots of responses to my emails, but I checked both my inbox and my junk for the dates/times of the emails as well as the company name (which I'd checked for before). For some weird technology reason, they were not received. Thankfully they took the time to take care of me now and I'm good. I'm changing my review to reflect the fact that my situation has now been resolved.

I got a deal on a micro soft office…
I got a deal on a micro soft office pkg, however the product key didn't work. I thought I would just have to buy a more expensive pkg from micro soft. I took a chance and contacted customer service. I was sent a new product code and step by step instructions on the install. Very impressed!
Prompt and Effective
This customer service experience might have been the best I've ever had.
I purchased a Windows 11 Pro product license, but upon installation Windows identified it as a key which had already been activated.
Previous customer service experiences almost convinced me to eat the cost of the failure, but I figured sending an e-mail, even if it resulted in a denial of my problem after 3 weeks of waiting, was still worth a couple minutes. Within 30 minutes of sending my e-mail to LaunchingDeals (on a Saturday), I had received a response asking for more details. Two days later (Sunday in the middle), I received another response telling me that my issue had been escalated. And then on Wednesday, I received a new Windows product key which worked!
Even typing it now, I can't believe how smoothly this process went.
I'll be honest, being a little bit of a skeptic, I saw my product key redemption code come from a company called LaunchingDeal and I ALREADY felt I'd been had. But now, I'm gonna be looking for that logo everywhere! This was best-in-class handling of my problem.

Blown away by the stellar customer service
If there were more stars available, I’d give them more!! Absolutely blown away by this customer service. I purchased a lifetime Rosetta Stone subscription. I can’t remember when I bought it. I had no email receipt. But they were advertising the deal again and it reminded me that I bought it and never activated it. I thought I’d lost the money. But on a whim, I reached out with nothing but my email address and they found my purchase from over a year ago and provided the activation code. I could not be more grateful for the kind people that helped me find my order. Absolutely stellar customer service!!

Already redeemed product key
On Saturday 2/7, I used my companies LifeMart discounts page for Microsoft Office 2024. Paid 107.24 and was sent a product key. Upon using the product key on the Microsoft download side, it said the product key was already redeemed (4 days ago). I've escalated to the LaunchingDeals support team on 2/7. On the evening of 2/7 the support team responded via email they have escalated this the their management team. As of the afternoon 2/9, I have not head back. Calls to their support phone number (Found on the Amex charge) do not go anywhere. The Amex charge has been posted.
2/11/2026 Update. Missy from Launching Deals reached out. The transaction was refunded and she apologized for the inconvenience.

I bought Microsoft Office 2024 Home & Business. Received product key but was not able to install due to key being used already by someone else.
I reached out to them and within a couple of hours I received a reply back from Summer. She provided great customer service and was able to assist me with my problem. She resend me a new product key that I was able to install and use with out any issues.
I highly recommend.
Honest Review
The purchase was easy but a slight wait to complete the process. That was overshadowed by their customer service. I had an issue with completing my purchase, so I emailed them. In a few days, they acknowledged my concern, issue and rectified the issue in moments. They have been responsive to every email, and I recommended their site / service to my neighbors. Nothing in life is perfect, but they did everything they could to come as close. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought Microsoft Office Home and Business from Launching Deals and never was able to access the program. I contacted Customer Support and they said I needed to reinstall the program. I tried mutliple times and it never worked. I finally e-mailed Customer Service to cancel me order and refund me the price of the subscription. They never responded and did not refund the subscription price. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Missy from the company actually called me in response to the review within 24 hours. She offered to refund the purchase price since I was not able to use the subscription purchased. She was very understanding and offered me several options to make the situation bette. I truly appreciate her getting involved to make the situation right so I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars because of her.

I had an issue with the product key with an app I purchased last month, I haven't tinkered with the app for a whole month, so when I finally was ready to use it, the product key ddnt work, I contacted laughing Deals right away, and right away they furnished me a new product key and it worked!
