Products are great when you can get them.

I have bought Laura Geller makeup in the past and the products are lovely, when you can get them. They are great quality and provide just the right coverage for me.

However, I placed an order on 26 March and over a month later I still haven’t received anything it is difficult to get replies to emails, but I have got several emails asking for reviews.

I asked for the order to be resent as it was lost the day after posting, but I do not know if they have resent it as I am not getting any replies to emails, only requests for feedback.

I hope that I either get a refund or the products I ordered soon.

Finally

Products good, Available options not so much

So far I enjoy the products. I’ve had no allergic reactions at all and everything is quality and looks good. My complaint is that nearly every time I’ve considered reordering, the product is either no longer available or the color I want/need is out of stock. This has happened at various times. I end up going to a store and buying something else. It’s frustrating. It’s happened with liquid foundation, highlighter, eyebrow shading and lipstick. I’d like to remain a customer but they’re making it hard.

I best experience ever.

I messed up my order and used baked foundation before realising I had made the mistake. I made contact via their customer service on the off chance they could help.they replied within the hour,they listened and not only supported me but sent the correct colour palette with no extra charge no judgement and great care. Amazing service 👏

Eye pencil is great

Eye pencil is great - wonderful color. Not impressed with shipper. Delivery address was closed on Sunday. It took several days and many emails to get them to attempt another delivery. I shouldn't have had to spend as much time as I did on that issue. Your customer service was not helpful and didn't give me any information I didn't already know.

Hi Linda. It’s such a letdown when you finally find a product you actually love, like that eye pencil, but the whole experience is ruined by a delivery headache. There is nothing more draining than spending your own time playing detective and sending many emails just to get a package you’ve already paid for, especially when the building was clearly closed. It’s even more frustrating that when you finally reached out for help, you just got the same generic information you’d already found yourself. You really shouldn't have to do the heavy lifting for a shipping company’s mistake, and it feels like a total miss when customer service doesn't actually offer a real solution or even a bit of new info to make things easier. It’s great that the color worked out, but after that much effort, the wonderful part of the product almost feels like it came at too high a price in terms of your time and patience.

It makes total sense why you’ve tucked it away in a drawer, once your skin sends a signal like that, it’s hard to trust the formula again. You shouldn’t have to worry about your makeup causing more problems than it solves, and it's a real shame because you really deserve a product that makes you feel great without the unwanted side effects. Since you already know that the product is not for you and you’ve experienced irritation with some products, these are the best alternatives many customers prefer, especially for sensitive or mature skin Lightweight Tinted Moisturizer Hydrant Tint. This is the safest switch if you want something breathable and low‑risk. It gives sheer coverage, feels like skincare, and is less likely to trigger breakouts. It sounds like this specific formula might just be a bit too illuminating for your taste, which is a total bummer when you really wanted it to work. Brighten n Blur is a great alternative. It smooths the look of lines, helps reduce shine, and gives a soft‑focus finish instead of glow. Some also prefer using Baked Balance n Brighten on well‑moisturized skin without primer for a more natural look. Cover Breakage

This is the 3rd that I have had to order the Baked Foundation because the top lid keeps breaking off the foundation. I chatted with an online customer service rep, who was fantastic, but said this is a known issue with the baked Foundation cases. I was really disappointed to hear this and that no refund could be given for the product. I had the product for several months but the lids should not continue to break off. The foundation ends up drying up and I have to throw them away. I love the foundation but the issue with the lids needs to be fixed by the company and refunds issued to customers when this happens. I even sent a picture so the rep could see how much product I still had left in the case.

Hi Sarah. It is honestly so challenging to have to buy the same foundation three times just because the packaging can't keep up with the product. Finding a formula you actually love is hard enough, but being told that the breaking lids are a known issue while still being denied a refund feels like a total slap in the face. Especially when you’ve gone out of your way to show them how much wasted makeup is just sitting there drying out. You’ve been more than patient by sticking with them through three broken cases, and it’s disappointing that your loyalty and good faith haven't been met with a real solution. At the very least, a company should stand by their design, so it’s completely understandable that you’re fed up with paying full price for a defect they already know exists. We know things haven't been smooth, so as a genuine thank you for your patience. As a courtesy, we are refunded the full amount. We hope this little treat brings a smile to your face. It does not look good in my skin

It does not look good in my skin. I wash and prep before but it looks very powdery it settles under my eyes way to much. I am 45 I do not have many wrikles yet but this foundation makes them stand out more. Not sure why? The shade was a good macht .

Even with a good prep routine, some formulas especially the baked or mineral types can be a bit too thirsty and start soaking up your skin's natural moisture, which is usually why it ends up looking powdery or sitting in places you didn't even know you had lines. Since the skin under our eyes is so much thinner and doesn't have its own oil glands, the powder often just sits on top instead of melting in, which basically acts like a spotlight for any tiny bit of movement. It sounds like the product is just a bit too heavy-handed for your skin right now, but before you toss it, you could try using a damp sponge to press it in or just keep the powder away from the eye area entirely to see if that helps it behave a bit better. I love the Baked line

I love the Baked line. I use the BBB, Baked Blush and Baked Body Frosting every day and have for ages. Customer service has been super helpful as well over the years. I am in my 40s, and just recently got my mom and aunt using the products as well. Everything I have used is incredible. No notes.

I ordered Laura Geller makep . I was charged $75.74 cents for a makup supposedly costing $39.29 .
I never would have ordered this product had I known I would have recurring charges to my bank account . For this reason , I would give a 1 Star Review .
