The little vase I ordered was for a friend who had recently lost her little dog, I was sent this little vase when I lost my dog two years ago so I thought I would do the same for my friend as it was such a nice keepsake.

I’ve ordered the ceramic (Robins) Christmas tree decoration a few times recently to give to family / Friends in memory of their loved ones. My orders have been dispatched and received quickly and are nicely presented.

Taking the trouble to double check the personalisation was correct so ensuring our second mug on the same (puffin) theme as perfect.

We ordered seven 'BeeHappy' compact mirrors that were delivered promptly. As these are Christmas gifts for friends we cannot give a reaction. However, having looked at one of the mirrors we are extremely pleased with the quality and value of the product.

I haven't received the card. It was a Father's Day card, so even if it does turn up now, it'll be too late. I had to go out and buy another card at last minute.

We ordered a new home ceramic heart decoration for our granddaughter and her partner who had just moved into their first home together. It arrived as stated by the time stated, when we opened it we were extremely pleased not only with the item but more so with the personnel touches included which shows the attention to detail that Laura shows makes all the difference thank you.
