I ordered a dress in April and I still have not received it ( Now July). They are blaming it on the courier and stopped replying to emails. They dress was paid for upfront and no refund.

SCAM do not use this company. The item arrives from China (the company isn’t in the UK) the top I purchased isn’t the same one being marketed, different material, style and colour- I ordered a country brown colour and received pale orange all creased with a stain on it! Offered 30% refund- terms and conditions are false!!

Rubbish clothes. £40 dress straight into bin.

What you receive is not what is in the pictures. What arrives is cheap, poorly made, poor quality, very crushed and unwearable garments. There is a ridiculously long lead time from ordering to goods arriving. I'm currently in email correspondence to try and return and get a refund - I have no faith that this will happen.
Avoid - a complete scam.

They state 14 day refund policy from receipt of order, but the item arrived 13 days after order, so no chance there.
The item looks nothing like what I ordered, not the same texture, style or colour - instead of a 'sweater vest' perfect for layering over a white shirt, as per the pictures, it's more like a 1970's tank top!
Stuffed into the tiniest package, it was incredibly creased. Knowing there was no chance of a refund I washed it to see if it would stretch out - it didn't but will probably get some use in the winter as a layer, rather than the lightweight garment I thought I was ordering.

Don’t bother- poor quality and no response for refund! What a waste of money.

It looks like this is a scam company. Goods ordered look nothing like the website and very poor quality. No returns slip. No returns method on the website, just “email us”. No response to emails. So no return and no refund. Avoid.
