BEWARE - ALSO under the name LAUREN BOUTIQUE These shoes are absolutely appalling. They do not look like the ones pictured at all! I paid $70 for a pair of plastic worse than Kmart $10 shoes. They do... See more

A joke, they sent the wrong shoes and refuse to answer emails. Other goods OK but certainly not the quality promised.

The shoes are like paper. They are NOTHING like they are described in the photo and they may be soft to wear but they are paperlike. I think I'll wear them once and throw them away so they don't fal... See more

Absolutely terrible quality. I paid $89 for what looks and feels like something a child put together. The shoes reeked of glue the moment I opened the package, and the materials are so cheap it’s hone... See more

Absolute rubish, under no circumtances purhase from this company. My mother purchased so call orthopaedic shoes and they were absolutely crap. Sizing not true to size. Only recieved one pair and should have received 3. This company is an absolute scam.

AVOID AT ALL COST. SCAM

Unfortunately, I had only read the reviews on some clothing before trusting this website and did not see bad reviews for the shoes. Later, while waiting for the order, I discovered those but was still hoping that I could get some use of the shoes, but no...

I have ordered three pairs: a pair of sandals, a pair of sneakers and a pair of short boots.
1. The order took more than a month to arrive (about 6 weeks). The tracking status of the order did not change for a month. I asked several times for an explanation; they would have devised a different 'excuse' every time.
2. I have ordered AU sizes 9 and 10, which is 0.5-2 size(s) bigger than my normal size. I usually can fit into size 8 and can always very comfortably fit into size 8.5. They do not offer size 8.5 so, to be on the safe side, I have ordered AU size 9 for two pairs and AU size 10 for a pair of boots
3. ALL three pairs turned out to be too small. Even the one that stated AU size 10 on the order.
4. ALL shoes I have ordered have the description 'orthopedic' on them on the website. Imagine my surprise: on the sneakers pair, there was a label stating they were for 'skateboarding' activity only, not to mention being very heavy.
5. Now quality. OMG! it is not so evident for sandals and sneakers, but the boots are so clearly cheap copies of what is on the picture.
- the stitches are placed at a different width than what is on the picture
- the profile of the sole is different
- the thickness is much thinner
- and even the zipper attachment is different to that of in the picture

My order was not fulfilled. I checked tracking 8 days after purchase and it was still in China. I said cancel my order. Lauren Adelaide is refusing to cancel my order. I do not want to buy from a company that takes over a week to dispatch.

Donot buy from this dogy company.…

I bought some linen pants from this company. What a joke the pants were so thin and they weren't linen as shown on their website. I tried so many times to contact them no avail. Then when I threatened to take it further then came the email. I had to take pictures of the pants and send it to them. They offered after some time a chance to buy something else which i agreed to but they put a 30day on it, if I didn't buy by then it was wiped which is what happened. So I have these dodgy pants that I will throw out and have lost my money. What you see on the site is not what you get surely other reviews are just made up because all the other clothing is crap!!

LAUREN ADELAIDE IS A SCAM

Do not buy anything from this “business”. This is completely fake. I contacted them privately to ask for the details of a bag that interested me, including the size, materials and the sustainability processes. However, they only told me the materials and would not disclose any information about their manufacturers or where anything is based. I had repeatedly contacted them, and it was very clear that it was just a bot or scammer responding to me. It was the same formatted response every time and they just didn’t help what so ever. It’s clear their “good quality” products are just imported from some fast fashion or mass manufacturer which probably has really poor, messed up procedures and ethics. Believe the other 1 star reviews, this website is a complete scam. All the good reviews are definitely fake.

DONT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNT MONEY AWAY TO SCUMBAG SCAMMER WITH NO MORALS OR VALUES

As soon as I purchased and I didnt receive an invoice number or tracking information. I new it was a dodgy company. I purchased what was supposed to be orthopaedic shoes, they weren't. They were poorly made. All these four and five star reviews are fakes. They read more like an advertisement when someone is trying to sell their product. Refund was refused, told I had to return them to a chinese address. London address on website were commercial business rooms for rental. Regents park address on package delivered was fake. The responses in the emails were more musculine and I definitely wasnt corresponding with a female called Lauren (supposedly the owner). Emails where always answered around midnight. If you have a dodgy encounter with this company please leave a detailed review here. If there was a zero thats what I would have given them.

Shoes smell of petrochemicals

Shoes smell of petrochemicals, resemble cheap plastic and bite into my feet. They look like they came straight off a Chinese production line. This company has a returns policy, but doesn't intend to honour it. After three requests, I'm still waiting for the 'returns address'. Don't buy from this company. Legal action is the next step.

Deceptive

The company sent me shoes which arent true to size, and refused to allow me to return for another pair in a larger size. They insisted I keep the item and offered a 30% refund. I insisted to return the shoes and asked if they can replace them with another pair. They offered a store credit and I insisted I wanted a larger size in the same shoe. In the end I wanted a full refund of the shoes (after I return them) and they're not only ignoring my emails but refusing to refund the shoes. The quality of the shoes are not what the website claims they are. They are not orthopaedic, infact they feel like plastic. The shoes I ordered are the Joyce | Orthopedic Trendy Casual Sandals. I am now assuming that this could be a scam, i am having this website investigated.

The shoes are like paper. They are NOTHING like they are described in the photo and they may be soft to wear but they are paperlike. I think I'll wear them once and throw them away so they don't fall apart on me. Disappointing that people send this cheap quality to people.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. I placed an order month ago and still haven't received it, I followed up and they provided wrong address to courier, I sent email to Lauren Adelaide but no reply.
I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES NO ONE IS REPLYING. HAVING THE WORSE EXPERIENCE!!!
UPDATE: PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I sent numerous emails requesting refund but no one replied. I escalated the issue to DFT (Department of Fair Trading). I also contacted my bank disputing the amount that's been withdrawn. I have never experienced such bad customer service. YOU CAN NOT TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND KEEP THE ITEM!!!!!
