I cannot reccomened Lauryn Rose enough! I ordered a gift (personalised chain). It arrived swiftly, packaged beautifully I couldnt help myself but open it up! The chain itself was stunning, engraving was perfect the most beautiful gift. I contacted Lauryn Rose to ask about delivery, Philip couldn't of been anymore of a pleasure to deal with. Love your products and service hence the 5 stars but if I was to suggest one thing it would be that the products out of stock be updated as soon as possible on the website... At Christmas I ordered my mother in law a bracelet with a purple stone and my partner ordered the matching chain, I received an email a few days later saying it was unfortunately out of stock even though it wasn't out of stock when purchasing and I could pick a new stone colour or a get a refund.. it was a pity because we would have liked to had the matching set for her and my partner would not have ordered the chain if it wasn't there with the bracelet... not a big deal just an observation....
