Even after sending CCTV footage of parcel being taken from an unsafe delivery location they still can’t be assed to do anything about it. Standard, lazy, 5h1t online brand that should be avoided. Customer service took 5 days to reply and I’m still without my parcel. Embarrassing company

Recently purchased a pair of trainers from this brand. Arrived a couple of days after ordering via DHL. After around a month there was a slight tear in the stitching. Contacted the company via email with photos of the damage on a Saturday and had a new pair shipped out the following week. They also reimbursed the costs I paid out on return postage as I wasn’t aware they offered to arrange collection. Excellent customer service and very prompt with resolving my problem and arranging an exchange.

This is a scam company that will steal your money and not send order. I ordered shoes and the company sent a dhl shipping order that “mysteriously” stopped working after 2 weeks. After contacting them 4 times to ship shoes or refund me my money, they haven’t replied or send my shoes. Do not order from them. Save your money and don’t get scammed.

Much like all the other reviews, the return policy will put me off buying anything, again. No return label is included, you take the hit of all shipping costs. For Trainers costing £175, you'd expect more as the mark up must be huge. Really nice trainers but the returns policy for an online trader at these prices, is not up to scratch. Given this is my third or fourth pair it does feel a bit much to get hit for money, just to see if a product is suitable. Especially as you have little option when buying online.

Nice product, poor return policy
Purchased 2 T-Shirts which arrived promptly via DHL, which is the only shipping option available to me in the UK at £6. The T-Shirts were good quality, however they were a tad short for my liking so I returned them.
As another review stated, you have to pay for returning any items and any refund is deducted the shipping cost which is a bit of a slap in the face for an online retailer as you cannot get a sense of how the item will look or fit before buying. Most reputable online retailers will offer at least free returns for this reason.
Not the best experience.

10/10 For Customer Service & Quality Products
I ordered a pair of the Linear White trainers and a grey Lavair hat for my husband and I am very happy with the items I have received. I have previously bought 2 other pairs of trainers which have proven to be excellent quality and the whole ordering process to delivery is very easy. I did miss a delivery with DHL and I was contacted by Tom at Lavair to re arrange delivery, I spoke with him Friday morning and he had them delivered the next morning. Very good communication and 10/10 for the quality and design of the products! I would defiantly recommend!

Poor quality product
Poor quality product, soles become detached from uppers with very little use. Clunky heavy design, very heavy and poorly made product. Avoid so you are not dissatisfied also.

Just buy from a reputable brand
Decided to try Lavair white trainers size 8. They arrived quite fast with dhl. Tried them on and were too big. Compared them with other size 8 shoes I have and they are bigger then all of them. Not sure they have the right sizes. Anyway not the fun part. To return you need to pay for postage as it is not included. Swapped them with a size 7, arrived but these ones lost side stitching in 30s in my feet. Upon closer inspection it seems the side stitching might just be there for fun as they seem to be just glued (and badly as you can see the glue coming off). They haven't even added a return file in so I received that by email. I ll send them back and ask for a refund. Let's see how that goes. All in all not the quality you would expect from this brand.

If You Are Unsure Don't Order !
This is a new brand & are very up & coming in the world of prestige trainers so you would think their returns policy would be equivalent to some of their competitors sadly it isn't !
I ordered a pair of Linear trainers & on receiving them very swiftly tbf i decided they were not for me a little too chunky for my liking but never the less a very well made shoe.
I returned them asap in untouched condition however on them issuing my refund i was disappointed to find that :
A Return postage is not included
B Original shipping cost was deducted from the refund
All in all costing me £16 just to have the privilege of laying my eyes on the item ?
Yes i am sure the refund policy is in the terms & conditions of sale & i should have checked however with many brands offering free returns i suggest that Lavair reconsider offering the customer a fairer returns policy.
I have to say i do feel let down by this & would not consider this company in the future for online purchases its a shame as the product looks great quality.
