Mi experiencia con Lavarea ha sido muy…mala

Mi experiencia con Lavarea ha sido muy negativa.
Compré un vestido por 65 € basándome en las fotografías y descripción publicadas en su página web. El producto recibido no se corresponde con la calidad, el diseño y el aspecto que se mostraban en el anuncio.
Al solicitar una devolución, descubrí que debía enviar el artículo a China, con unos gastos de envío muy elevados que hacen que la devolución resulte prácticamente inviable. Esta información no me pareció suficientemente clara durante el proceso de compra.
La única solución que me ofrecieron fue una compensación parcial de 25 € para quedarme con una prenda que no considero conforme con lo anunciado.
Recomiendo revisar detenidamente las condiciones de devolución antes de comprar y valorar si el riesgo compensa la compra.
