This is the worse and most dishonest company I’ve ever ordered from. They confuse the ordering system. They charge when an item is cancelled because it has not arrived in an appropriate time- ie over 3 weeks. The sizes are all wrong but they refuse to refund without a tailer’s confirmation. The dress was beautiful but not what was shown online. The picture does not show a mesh top. The dress I received had a nude mesh, which caused a quick rethink to adjusting the wear of the dress. Daughter ordered a prom dress which I now Im stuck with because we paid for expedited shipping that showed up several days after prom. Then they were refusing to provide return address because they are a company in China or somewhere outside of the US they an contract with VEHO logistics that is one of the worst services I have every dealt with in my life. It took a week to get them to agree and provide the return. So for a I paid over 249. They only would refund 40% of the price minus shipping . I receive least than $100 for the dress.$94.80 was the refund they processed. Which means I lost $40 from the start in addition to 10% discount was removed as well. Dress was going to cost 200 dollars to return it China just to get 237. Dress didn't even show up in the system for shipping until 20 April 2026. I have work with mail for over 20 years. If you cant guarantee your shipping don't charge people like you can. Then when you cant delivery just expect people to deal with it.

Bad customer experience.
To begin with, the communication takes a couple of days when you are trying to ask questions. It’s not next day which is disappointing. The dress we purchased did not match the picture because it had a long train, which was unexpected and we had to get it removed. We also had two daughters who were interested in the dress and one daughter is taller than the other. When the order was placed we were asked to send measurements and we sent the measurements for the taller daughter knowing we would probably just need to hem the other dress. The smallest dress was way too big for both girls. If doing business with this company, know the pictures might not be what you get and they run very big and very long. We are trying to return the other dresses because they extremely big, but they are now asking for receipts of the alterations and pictures of how big they are on my daughter. I would not buy from this company unless they gave better pictures on tte website of the full dresses (front and back), better communication (24 hrs or less), and closer to the sizes you send measurements in for. The material is nice though and we made the smallest dress work. For the price though, I think next time we will go local.

I am writing this to expose the malicious business practices of the Chinese-based online dress shop, 'laveliya', and to save others from falling into the same trap.
This company strips away consumers' rights entirely by enforcing extreme, unfair refund policies. Even when a customer demands a legitimate refund due to an unsatisfactory product, they twist all terms and conditions in their favor, making a refund practically 100% impossible. They are a predatory company with absolutely zero customer service mindset.
What’s even more outrageous is the quality of their products. Deceived by the gorgeous photos on their website, I spent a hefty $400 (over 500,000 KRW). However, the dress I actually received was a cheap, low-quality piece of junk—no better than the bottom-tier items you would find on Temu or Alibaba for just a few dollars.
Because of this website, I lost over $400 of my hard-earned money without receiving a single dime in compensation. Do not be fooled by their flashy advertisements and photos. The moment you use this site, you will face severe financial loss and immense emotional distress just like I did. I strongly warn you to avoid laveliya at all costs.

Needs Improvement
I am very disappointed with Laveliya. I paid extra for my daughter's dress to be expedited for prom that was coming up, only for the dress to show up 5 days after her prom. My daughter had to wear another dress from somewhere else due to the lack of Laveliya honoring their word. I gave them 3 stars because even though the dress didn't come in time, their Customer Service Team was very patient with me through my frustrations. They continue to respond back no matter what and they worked with me on a percentage amount with no heavy negotiating. I really appreciate that.

The company doesn’t care when you need your dress and couldn’t deliver the dress in time. When I found out it won’t get to me before the event I contacted the company. The answer was too bad, you have paid for it and you have to keep it whenever it get there. They can issue some credit back as discount but no cancellation and no full refund. They breach the contract with the customer and the customer has to deal with it and money loss. DONT BUY FROM THEM OR TEST YOUR LUCK
