The most horrific buying experience…

The most horrific buying experience ever. I'm surprised others had terrible experiences, too, though I tend to get the worst due to factors about me that's stigmatized.

She has the worst customer service team that fails to respond to emails, doesn't read questions, is incredibly slow, and is a mess. It clearly says 2 business days, but they don't respond to emails after many days, even after multiple follow-ups.

This has caused me to stop following Lavendaire. Maybe she doesn't have control over the employees, and maybe they're under some third party platform. But still, it's ruined my taste for her. I can't get myself to use her stuff, and that's a shame, since they look good, and her content is aesthetic.

I shouldn't have bought so many items, but I was a big fan, and she was phasing out her products, so they were on sale, but still quite pricey overall.

When I wrote a totally valid complaint on her channel, she promptly deleted it. Why should I try to live my dreams in her style when she's being nasty to her loyal fans?

It's been almost 2 months of this debacle, I'm still left hanging, and have never been so stressed or frustrated over a shopping experience.

The worst buying experience I’ve ever…

The worst buying experience I’ve ever had online! I ordered an artist of life journal to be delivered to me in the UK.

At first the address I put in was auto corrected and came up wrong on my confirmation email.

When I emailed the customer service team, they said they couldn’t change the address as it was at the distribution centre. And if it was a failed delivery then they’d kindly send out another one.

Fair enough! Very kind. So I sent the correct address along & thought no more of it.

The next day I received an email confirming my order again to the wrong address.

I messaged the same team who were originally kind in responses. Only to receive a curt reply saying “this was the address on file”. And that they’d given a “partial refund”.

I’ve chosen to cancel now - it’s been 2 weeks+ of this! Let’s see if a full refund comes through. Such a disappointing experience.

…Great Customer Service

The journal I ordered for my daughter as an xmas gift was stolen from her apartment mailroom. Lavendaire generously sent another to replace it. I can’t find better customer service than that!

I bought this while on pain meds and…

I bought this while on pain meds and went to cancel the day after but they said it already shipped (after taking forever to actually respond to me). I did get it fast but per their policy submitted the return the DAY i got it. it is a month and a half later and it is still processing. 4 emails asking for a return label later and i'm finally submitting a dispute with my cc company. this is ridiculous. They won't even respond.

I also submitted a return on their actual website, per their return information and policy. It still says "under review" over a month later. I have screenshots of this.

The customer service is SEVERELY lacking. Either get better or hire more people.

Uncaring, Unresponsive and Disgusting

After already having spent a lot of money on previous planners and journals I bought again but for my mum who’s not in a good place. They stated that they prepared my order on 29April and 3 days later they can’t be bothered to send it. It’s disgusting after telling them why I needed it for her. They then fail to reply to my emails, IG comments and DM. What a disgusting way to treat people and after looking at the other reviews here I’m not impressed by her one bit. How about spend less time with selfies on social media and take care of your clients.

They shipped my order to the wrong…

They shipped my order to the wrong address. I gave them the correct address and a month later got a reply asking me if I was able to “go retrieve my package” which was shipped 300 miles away! I am disputing the charge through paypal. Avoid.

No response from “care team”

I had an issue with my order. There were a couple items missing so I emailed the care team. It’s been 8 days with no response even via instagram. I want what I paid for or a refund. It’s a shame that Lavendaire’s team isn’t responsive and accountable because her weekly reset and artist of life is gorgeous. This will be my last time ordering from them.

Great experience! Thank you Lavendaire!

I have ordered the 2024 artist of life workbook and I was so excited to receive it. Unfortunately my adress was wrong so didn't reach my adress and of course sent back to Lavendaire. I have emailed Ornella and very professionally and quickly send the book back to me with the right adress. I have started to write in my workbook and it is such a good quality book and beautiful presentation. If you do struggle with anything is it recommended to resend an email straight on the website under "contact us" even if you were in contact with someone before as I do think they use chat box and when we have the information needed they close the chat box. Any email after that won't be received at all by Lavendaire. Such a great experience and Ornella dealt with the problem very promptly and efficiently. Thank you so much!

Fraud in Shipping.

Ordered the workbook 9 days ago, paid for 2-3 days shipping with DHL.
First- got a tracking link that can't track, from USPS.
Contacted customer support, they sent a different link, from a different postal service, that isn't tracking anything.
Then sent a 3rd tracking link with PostNL that shows the package now, 9 days after ordering to bulgaria- is still in the USA, and not with DHL.
Complete fraud.

There is no return policy

I ordered a book and it turned out not to be what I wanted so I returned it. I sent several emails. I’ve never heard a word back from anyone and they’ve not refunded my money. I’ve tried every way to contact them to no avail worst company ever

I got the digital workbook of artist of…

I got the digital workbook of artist of life and was excited to try it out, wanting to organize my life. However there was a miscommunication with the link they sent me and I needed further help. I emailed them 4 times in a course of 2 weeks and not a word from customer service. Their customer service doesn't even exist - don't buy anything from them, they will not help you. No accountability from the shop, severely disappointed in Aileen and her shop. Makes you think that she actually doesn't care about others after all. Unsubscribed and Unfollowed.

Worst shopping experience ever

Worst shopping experience ever. Ordered my notebook in late November, I sent my first enquiry and they responded that the shipping company had issues with my mailing address, fine. Followed up another 5-6 times over email, and another 2 times on the shop's instagram over the course of 6 weeks?! - the response had always been the same that they were inundated with their orders and noone bothered to assist me further. In the end, i had to cancel my order via my bank. Can't believe this!

Never Delivered

I ordered a planner from this company a month ago and it has never been delivered. They will not take responsibility as it's in Fedex's hands, who are also leaving me hanging. I broke my rule against buying off third party websites and I regret it--$30 out the window with no help from their customer service, no accountability, and no delivery. If it ever arrives I will update this review, but at this point I'd advise to buy somewhere else.

Okay

Okay. I purchased a Lavendaire notebook and sadly it arrived defective and was bent so badly down the middle, it was hardly usable. Support service was friendly and after seeing it was a warehouse issue (not transportation), sent another one. Unfortunately the second one was ALSO damaged and badly bent down the middle. Clearly they hadn't learned from their first mistake. I was disappointed to say the least, and didn't bother a third time. Sad, because it would have been a beautiful notebook otherwise.
