The most horrific buying experience ever. I'm surprised others had terrible experiences, too, though I tend to get the worst due to factors about me that's stigmatized.
She has the worst customer service team that fails to respond to emails, doesn't read questions, is incredibly slow, and is a mess. It clearly says 2 business days, but they don't respond to emails after many days, even after multiple follow-ups.
This has caused me to stop following Lavendaire. Maybe she doesn't have control over the employees, and maybe they're under some third party platform. But still, it's ruined my taste for her. I can't get myself to use her stuff, and that's a shame, since they look good, and her content is aesthetic.
I shouldn't have bought so many items, but I was a big fan, and she was phasing out her products, so they were on sale, but still quite pricey overall.
When I wrote a totally valid complaint on her channel, she promptly deleted it. Why should I try to live my dreams in her style when she's being nasty to her loyal fans?
It's been almost 2 months of this debacle, I'm still left hanging, and have never been so stressed or frustrated over a shopping experience.
