DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I made the mistake of ordering an item off their scammy website in early december and not only did I never get any update of any kind, customer service also simply does not exist as I've emailed 3 TIMES and haven't received a single response in over a month.

Avoid these thieves at all costs.

I saw a product I'd been meaning to buy for a while on, advertised on Tumblr and got the impression that the items were handmade to some extent. After browsing the online catalogue, I figured that probably wasn't the case, and the relatively high prices also made me suspicious. However,2 I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and bought the item I'd been looking for and a couple of other items to make the shipping costs worthwhile. Nearly every item was shipped separately, and arrived in separate packages at different times. Most of the items were fine, so I don't feel I was scammed per se, but one set was poorly made, its pieces were ill-fitting, making the objects flimsy and some unusable. Another was a piece of jewelry with nonsensical engravings, which was different than advertised (engravings were supposed to be the 12 signs of the zodiac). I found the same jewelry on Aliexpress, with zodiac engravings and thus matching the advertised item. This made me feel disappointed, considering I had basically paid $30 for an item that didn't carry the meaning it would have, if it had the zodiac engravings. This was especially important to me, as astrology was once a big part of my life and my philosophy has always been to not focus on your sun sign, but to be aware that all of the signs are present in you in some way.

On the positive side, the customer service was very kind and responded swiftly. However, I didn't feel the return process was worthwhile considering the high costs already paid. I received status updates on the packages that were still on the way (some arrived after 6 weeks and one item even later), which I appreciated. All in all, shop is legit in the sense that they do sell these items and they seem to mostly be as advertised but the quality control isn't very good and wrong items are sometimes dispatched. With this in mind, the costs are too high to consider shopping at Lavender Constellation again. At the moment the website is closed, I sincerely hope they will consider the reviews left about them and improve the business model.

The items were nothing like described, too small in size, sub-par in quality and arrived weeks and weeks after ordering, no tracking number was provided, no reaction from customer support, no comments about complaints, no refund whatsoever. First and last time I bought something there

Product was set as "failed to deliver" with no info on where it has ended up, even 2 months later.

Sent 2 emails to their support with weeks between and still haven't gotten a reply.
But they took the money no problem.

I ordered two items from this retailer, a hoodie and a cardigan. Though ordered on the same day, they arrived separately—the hoodie well over a month later, and the cardigan more than two months later. The quality was not what I expected. There were issues with the sizing of the items; the hood of the hoodie was too small, and the sleeves of the cardigan too short. However, worse than this was the fact that, despite trying to contact the retailer several times—firstly to ask about an ETA for the items, then to inquire about returns, and finally to cancel the second order—I received only one response to my first inquiry, and nothing at all to my other messages. I believe this company makes its money by selling items cheaply, and then making it impossible for customers to seek a refund.

I ordered a ring on the 6th of October. 25 days later, no ring and no update email. I have sent them an email yesterday but didn't even receive an automatic reply as I usually do with serious companies. I will update my review if or when I'll receive my order.
Update: email received on the 20th of November to tell me my order has been shipped.
Last update: the ring arrived today the 29th of November, wrapped in a plastic enveloppe from China and in a second plastic enveloppe from the UK. I guess that is why it took almost 2 months. The item I received doesn't look anything like what I saw on the website.
Unexpected update: I just received a parcel containing something I didn't order! And I know it's from the same company because it is selling on their website. So, either it's a way to apologize after reading my review, either it's a mistake! If anyone is waiting for a "Cute Cat Candle Holder", I have it!

I ordered 3 items in 09/17/2024 and one of them never arrived, I've been sending emails to custumer support for like a week and I've been ignored without any answers. Also never received update emails for my delivery just got the package by accident because I was leaving my house when the delivery van appeared

Update: after some time I finally received an e-mail from customer support and they confirmed the missing item was lost in transit, supposedly I'll be getting the item soon

2nd Update: The missing item ended up being delivered to me, although the custumer support took some time to respond they eventually helped out

I ordered something from a Tumblr blog and the product was delivered in two weeks. The product has decent quality :)
