Another scam company selling you extremely overpriced useless Chinese sh*t in horrendous quality and of course, you can't contact them by phone and they won't get back to you by e-mail. They claim to have excellent customer service and a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but even when you receive an item in a complete useless condition, YOU have to pay 17 EUR to send it back - to China. I mean... I can't believe that these companies are allowed to exist.

The order number and tracking number is showing still processing ( and not shipped). I placed the order 26th June and still showing the same status in spite of repeated mails. Now it is showing order not found. Asking for cancellation and refund that is not also done. The response is a copy paste of the previous mail everytime. I payed extra for fast delivery but it is still not delivered. It happened in spite of paying through Klaarna.
I found this way of handling the situation completely non professional. Will never use this website again.

I ordered 3 polo shirt 4XL and they delivered 3 times 3XL. I probably have to send it back to China, hopeless!

Sometimes, the sizes of a product may run slightly larger or smaller than usual, depending on the model or manufacturer.

Therefore, we kindly ask that you try on the items you receive first. If it's not right, please let us know. We'll be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution and can, of course, exchange the item for you.

LOL, I ordered 4XL, they delivered 3XL and asked me to try this size to see if it fits.

Sofar never heard from them again and I advise everyone not to buy goods from them

What was delivered was not what I ordered and payed for!! I ordered and payed for a non-invasive glucometer and I was sent a pulse-oximeter (without glucometer function) of an extremely shoddy construct!!
I will not purchase or recommend the purchase of anything from your organization in the future!!
