Keine Ware - Geld weg

Vor 5 Wochen bestellt und immer noch keine Ware.
Es wird behauptet, dass die Ware versendet wurde nur gibt es die Paketnummer gar nicht.
Der Kundendienst ist m. E. KI.
Man wird immer auf das Ende der Folgewoche vertröstet.
Keine Rückerstattung. Das Geld ist weg.
