Buyer from Denmark. I visited the Madrid store and was blown away with the range of wines, both spanish and international. I bought wines from both the fine wines section and the regular store. Great customer service with in house sommeliers to assist you. I had wines shipped to Denmark, and had to struggle a bit with the shipping company. Second time ordering to Denmark went super smooth though, with a quick and trouble free delivery.
Only downside to the online buying experience is that they do not have their whole range online, so a lot of rarities and limited stock items are not available, which is understandable yet unfortunate.
