This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I bought 3wigs from them and they are all different from what I ordered and really really fake and ugly wigs. The ugliest wig you can think of. I tried emailing and writing to them to refund my money unsuccessfully. I’m taking them to small claim court if they don’t refund me. This is a real scam and fraudulent company. Please do not buy anything from them. They are liars.we need to do something about this company.

It appears this company is a scam

It appears this company is a scam. They sent me a email from two different companies after I made my purchase. The one I ordered from (this one Lavinia Hair) and another. I tried to find something on Lavinia Hair before I purchased but saw nothing. Once I got the two different emails and after things kept not adding up I researched the other company from the two emails they sent me. There had been companies posing as this company. So I went to the actual website for the company to see if the contact information was the same and it wasn’t. Then I went on YouTube to see what the comments said on the videos and a bunch of shorts popped up. Almost all of them that I saw had only one comment and that was them saying you get a free cap with your wig or something like that. Even the videos with thousands of views had only one comment. That didn’t make sense. So I kept looking for comments on videos and I finally saw one where a girl said she was happy she just ordered hers and someone commented it’s a scam. That post had been up only 5 minutes. That’s why it was still up. So I kept searching for videos with comments and found some on one that had been posted within the last two hours of me seeing it. One girl said they told her the charge didn’t go through but took $65 dollars off her card and tried to take another $100. There were a few comments and I took pictures because I knew they would take them down. When I got up today my notifications on my phone told me somebody else commented on the video. I saw that notification last night but didn’t click on it. I clicked on the notification this morning and when I saw the comments in the video that comment was gone along with the comments from the others talking about fraud and being scammed. I sent them an email to cancel my order. I don’t know if they will but I’m also going to call my bank.
