So interesting to see pelvic ease being advertised again on Facebook. According to their ad they have 2000 5 star reviews on Trastpilot!! I wasn't impressed with the packaging of the pelvic ease items, that I bought. Considering that they are advertising a solution for urinary incontinence the instructions included are very poor, I requested further information which I received by email but there were no diagrams, videos or links. I emailed again to request a more comprehensive guide, I received a picure of a 4 page instruction sheet, the only trouble was that when I attempted to magnify it because text was really tiny it was completely blurred, un-readable. My tens machine has a 26 page booklet with all aspects of usage, technical information, trouble shooting etc. How can this company sell pelvic ease with so little guidance? I certainly won't buy from them again, I'm researching on the internet for more detailed information on the correct, safe usage

I've been caught too by this company - nowhere in the purchase does it indicate that the goods originate in China, and that returns must be sent there, at MY expense! Its not paying for return postage i object to - its paying to send it to China, when had i known that, i wouldn't have risked the purchase in the first place. Should be a law that states country of origin should be clearly stated.

Ordered 2 Lazer pens,I wanted to remove a small wart on the eye lid,used 2 weeks nothing happened, wanted my money back guarantee, paid £35, followed the instructions to send back£21 to send back! I'm a pensioner and can't afford it,had to accept 20% back, beware, that's the money back guarantee!!

I payed the company on the 25th of August and have two emails saying there has been a slight delay, the first on the 31st of August and the second on the 6th of September. As of today I still have not received my purchase.
Is this a USA Scam company???

Avoid this company. They claim to operate from the UK but returns have to go to China! I ordered and cancelled within 4 hours before the product was even shipped as on Amazon it was a 3rd of the price - they refused to cancel the order stating I would need to return the 'unsent' goods to China to get a refund. Reported to Paypal even though they state that such reports may affect the refund!!!

Trust me, one star is one star too many. I ordered 2 RFID blocking cards 2weeks ago after seeing their add where they PROMISED 2-5 days for delivery for people within UK. The last time I looked, Scotland is in the UK, or have I been in a coma and missed something. I was told by them that I agreed to 5-15 days for a delivery which is ridiculous. It must have been in the microscopic fine print. They promised in their add,"Speedy Delivery", I suppose 15 days is speedy IF we were living in the eighteenth or nineteenth centuries, then I could probably understand. NEVER USE LAVIRA SHOP.

Terrible company I ordered Tanning capsules, they sent skin whitening capsules. Requested a refund and they do the usual Chinese thing of offering you 20% of your money back and you can keep the items that you neither ordered or want!! Then they try to tell me the whitening capsules really are tanning capsules!!! Absolute scam!! Would not trust this company at all. Taking this to the authorities to get my £38.94 back, we can’t let these scammers get away with this false advertising and sending any old crap they have in the shelf in china! Fed up with this kind of dishonesty!

SELLING FAKE RFID CREDIT CARD BLOCKERS. I TESTED THEM AND THEY BLOCK NOTHING, THE SIGNAL GOES STRAIGHT THROUGH THEM. COMPANY INFORMED BUT INSIST THEY WORK AND IF I DON'T LIKE THEM THEN I NEED TO RETURN THEM TO CHINA EVEN THOUGH BOUGHT IN UK. SCAMMERS. CREDIT CARD PROVIDER ALREADY ADVISED OF THE SCAM

My wife bought 4 RFID blocking cards for wallets from these people and they weren't cheap. A simple test using a RFID alarm tag showed they were expensive yet useless pieces of plastic with zero blocking capability even with 4 cards used all at once! Even after uploading a video to them showing this, they claimed they were meant for credit cards. They knew they'd scammed us but were stating we had to return the cards to them in China as we were 'unsatisfied'. No, we were deliberately scammed by these fraudsters! Our credit card provider has opened a case for fraud now. AVOID THESE CHINESE SCAMMERS
