From start to finish the order process was seamless, Sara contacted me and helped to make my bracelet more personal and did what i asked. The bracelet is very good quality, and the fact it is personalised gives it such a nice touch. I would highly recommend Lavish Lockets.

Absolutely over the moon with my latest addition to my Lavish Lockets collection. I love I can keep all my jewellery in one place but it as separate compartments so it doesn’t get tangled up. It holds so much jewellery. I absolutely love that it’s personalise. It’s a beautiful colour. My ever growing collection will keep growing now.

I was hesitant to order from this website as I had never heard of it before and the prices seemed too good to be true - but I'm glad I did. My order was delivered incredibly quickly; the quality of the items I ordered are fantastic, and the nice presentation boxes are an added bonus.

There was an issue with my order, where one small charm was no longer in stock - but they emailed me to explain the situation and offered a suitable replacement. Top notch customer service.

All in all, I'm a very satisfied customer and fully recommend this company. I will definitely be returning to order more.
