Yep.... got message my paypal debit card declined deposit... I used same card for couple years other sites, never was s problem. And I used card to make coin purchases on Lavish site , paypal went through no problem.
Here's another point, if transactions of any kind is declined, PayPal ALWAYS SEND ME NOTIFICATION SAYING TRANSACTION IS DECLINED.... I GOT NOTHING FROM PAYPAL SAYING THEY DECLINED ANYTHING FROM LAVISH. IF I COULD CHANGE READING TO ZERO..I WOULD.

My relationship started with them with the misleading 24hr cashback guarantee. It was not 24hrs cashback it was actually split up into portions given to me over a time period of 1 week. Customer service took an obscene amount of time to respond. Next I just kept losing no matter how many times I loaded it was a loss. I play daily so I know you can't win 'em all but this was just to a point where I just couldn't load with them anymore just to suffer another crushing loss. Not one I will ever invest another penny into. *DO not believe that response. I talked to them and waited 12hrs for a response*

I received my mail-in sweepstakes credits normally until March 2026. Since then, I have continued submitting my entries according to the published rules, but my subsequent valid entries have not been credited.
I contacted Lavish Luck customer support multiple times. My case was escalated for investigation, and on July 21, 2026, I was told that the investigation was still ongoing and that I would receive an update. I have not received a resolution.
After months of trying to resolve this directly with Lavish Luck, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am simply requesting that Lavish Luck complete its investigation, explain what happened, and credit any valid mail-in entries that remain unprocessed.
