Possible Scam

I ordered a chair from Lavitaoffice for £65 including shipping. The payment was handled via shopify and took payment from my Visa card. I got an email confirmation for the order the same day acknowleding my payment of £65, but it did not come from Lavitaoffice but a company called Bange Italia!
My bank statement confirmed the transaction to Bange Italia. After waiting for 3 weeks and hearing nothing I emailed Lavitaoffice and Bange Italia and got no reply, other than from my email provider saying that it had not been possible to send my email to Lavitaoffice (their quoted contact email address). After about 4 weeks the Bange Italia website was taken down.
I think Bange Italia and Lavitaoffice are probably scam sites.
1 star mark left as I cannot do zero.
