I contacted Jim through Just Answer regarding a complex consumer rights dispute over a vehicle. From the outset he was professional, thorough, and incredibly clear in his communication. He took the time to review all the documentation I provided, including timelines from both parties and a lengthy email chain, and provided detailed legal advice along with a draft letter.

His advice was practical and balanced, helping me understand both the legal position and the realistic options available to me. He was responsive throughout, answering follow-up questions and providing additional guidance on how to approach things cooperatively before escalating.
