Cancelling seems impossible
Excellent tenancy agreement but cancelling contract seems impossible. I’ve answered all their questions to identify my account via five or so replies to emails and my payment but it seems this cannot be located. I’ve had to contact my bank to avoid the £30 ish monthly fee after my free week. Could end up costing you far more than you bargained for. Use with caution.
23 March. Sure enough an amount of £34.90 has today been declined by my bank as I’ve failed to get any joy cancelling this via email.

Careful of monthly subscription
Careful, when you sign up to view a document and pay £1.59 to have access to it for 7 days you're actually entering a trial that will automatically change to a much more expensive monthly subscription. Not clear at all that this is what actually happens. I just unexpectedly got charged £34.84 today. Also noticed that I got charged £36 last month too!
Document I received was actually good though.
