I tried a few different sites to get the document I needed, they all stated the document was a free download but once you completed the document you then had to sign up to a subscription service.

£34.90 taken for a unapproved/ unaware of subscription
paid £1.59 for lodger agreement & they took a further £34.90 for a subscription that i was totally unaware of. Cancelled immediately. I have emailed them for a refund. Like most reviews on here I believe this to be a scam. stay away!! I will be taking this up with credit card company. I received no email or ref number. Scam, scam SCAM!!! If indeed I receive a refund I shall be editing this review

Beware. I too have been charged without my consent having been signed up by the company for an ongoing subscription. Companies like this are reliant on people missing these payments going out of bank accounts. It's a hassle I could really do without. Avoid.
