This company doesnt seem trustworthy, the website asks for credit card details as if you are legitimately booking a timeslot. Only to be told they dont have any coverage in the area and that the booking is not in fact a booking. If it was a request why did you put a hold on my card? Which then takes 2-5 days to clear apparently. Would steer clear of this company

The gardener did an incredible job turning my overgrown jungle into a perfectly neat and tidy garden. It was a huge job, and he worked so incredibly hard. It was beyond my expectations honestly.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could.
After selecting an average size block, more than 3 weeks since last mow with a reoccurring booking, I was told (after they postponed a week) that the yard was too big and they would not be able to complete the job.
What kind of business is this? Now I have to wait 2-5 days for the 'hold on my money's to be taken off.

Website setup with comprehensive options, services, booking and payments. Great. Requested a ln ongoing service for a eastern suburbs of Melbourne suburb, 30km from CBD. Booking went through, then get phone call next day to inform me the booking was cancelled as they have ONE Gardner for the whole of Melbourne, who I assume is based in the West and not willing to travel. Pretty poor to set up a comprehensive website to allow bookings for every capitol city and have 1!!!! person for the whole of Melbourne.

He does his job very well and am really impressed with his work

Booked my lawnmower service. Was contacted to make the date earlier. I agreed. No one turned up. Tried to tell me they came but no one was home. I wfh and my office is at the front of the house... regardless the job was paid for already with access to the property. If they came they should've done the job... seeking a refund.

Allowed me to book, pay and confirm the appointment and then said they don't have gardeners for our area which is less than 10km south of the Brisbane CBD, even though they say they support Brisbane.

I can understand them not supporting an area, but they should be upfront about this rather than making me waste time & money on attempting to book a service they can't provide.

They require your credit card details way ahead of even committing or guarantee that the job they quote you for has any initiations of been committed to by a tradesman or company. So you hanging in there, cancelling all other offers until few days later they all the sudden cancel your job but still possess your credit card details. Acts and looks exactly like a proper scam, doesn't it.

Our man did a great job, very happy with the work that was completed. I have set up a regular booking and have no hesitation in highly recommending Lawn for your place. Thanks guys......

Found their site, put my post code in, picked a date/time, entered CC details for the company to come out only to receive an email saying my booking is being canceled due to no one being in my area.
