Lawn Love is BAD
Never thought I would the person wishing for less than 1 star option but Lawn Love is that company to earn that score. They sent someone who managed to destroy 5 stair mounted solar lights and never mentioned it or even bothered trying to pick them up. I specifically asked the company rep to have the provider contact me directly prior to visit as I had special concerns and wanted to be present for service
I never received a call and they make you use an inconvenient app for provider contact. I asked to cancel my contract after the disastrous 1st mow which they were supposed to comp the $40 fee because of the damage. I found out today they charged my card over $147 for 1 botched service. When I called them I was informed that I can't cancel service until I have had 3 services. Crazy! Why would I want to trust there irresponsible people further?
The rep told me that they would send one of their " better rated " providers for subsequent visit. Why would any company send a low rating provider to a new customer? Lawn Love is not local meaning they don't know their providers and don't care if they provide a good service for people like me since we will never meet. For these reasons, I will avoid large impersonal companies like Lawn Love looking to lock you into an unfavorable situation and scam steal your hard earned money !

AWWWWFUL! I had an appt for my first lawn cutting and the provider was a no show. I called and spoke to 2 people and all I got was excuses. I cancelled and my experience was awful. Don't waste your time
