This is the worst company I had ever dealt with. No tracking number, only able to leave voicemail (never answer your call) and on their website it shows "waiting fulfillment" on orders placed over 5 days ago.
Ordered a Kawasaki throttle cable. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered. I couldn't wait that long so I emailed and called a total of 3 times to cancel my order. No response.
I ordered a part and was able to repair it before the part arrived. I returned but with a 20% restocking fee!!! that is crazy plus i have to pay for shipping.
There search engine sucks as well as i tried to search a part number from my 2012 48" fastrak, no luck!! I was able to find it by going through 15 pages of pictures. Their prices are crazy as well. I will delete my account once i receive my refund which will be 1/3 of the cost to purchase plus shipping.
