Excellent customer service, Mark and Leanne at the Letchworth office were both fantastic, and although the driver delivered much earlier than planned and dropped our load in the wrong place, he quickly returned and moved them for us

we needed 10 sheets of OSB3 urgently
we needed 10 sheets of OSB3 urgently, it was Saturday morning, they close at 12am, so it was a bit rushed, i called at 11.30 and said i was on the way, and gave them the order, i arrived with 10 mins to spare ! they had already got the sheets out, and the forklift driver was waiting to load it.
Completely outstanding customer service by all the staff.

Price of one item slightly higher than quote. Some items that I had already collected from the yard were included in the Delivery. Quality of fence panels is nothing like it used to be in terms of colour mainly

Also, our fence panels are all made by hand by specialist trained woodworkers. As a natural product, colours may vary slightly as they weather following pressure treatment.
