staff outside are knowledgeable and extremely helpful, staff inside are the same, all very friendly and efficient.
on a different note, there was an electrical contractor working on the site who I found particularly rude and obnoxious, I was talking to a friend, also a customer of yours, who has been going through a troubled time and needed to take the time to talk to him,
unfortunately, our conversation was cut short by your contractors demand to move our vehicles, he had many other parking spaces he could have used.
However, it will not prevent me from re-visiting any of your brilliant sites.

Payment links are flagging as fraudulent
Ordered over the phone with Horley branch and was told I would be sent a payment link to complete the order instead of providing card details over the phone which I normally do. Tried to complete the order with my credit card and my bank NatWest immediately blocked my card with a suspect transaction flag. I then tried again with my debit card and the transaction went through but then NatWest subsequently blocked my debit card as well. Lawson's please get in touch with MasterCard and make sure your payment system is approved by them as they are flagging them as fraudulent.
