Great service as always. The driver was perfect got it exactly where needed.

Overall Lawsons Salford branch have been good to deal with, which is why 2 stars, but unfortunately this twice requested review relates to an order which went bad.
The team seem friendly and helpful when dealing with them in person or over the phone. Where it all fell apart for me is in the financial transaction side of the business.
I had an issue when I first became a customer and paid for an invoice online via their website because I wanted to use AMEX and they don't accept it in store?? The website took the money, but I didn't get a receipt and the money went into a black hole for days. Then it was a hassle to get my order finally completed.
Second issue was relating to this particular order which went wrong as they twice delivered the wrong sized item and then never came back! After chasing a couple of times, I got tired of waiting and asked for a refund. Refunds should be something simple, and routine, but they made it was such a hassle and a bad experience. I had to chase a few times and still haven't received my money after I personally returned the items and have had to put a chargeback in with my bank to get it back! With so many competitor merchants in the area, sadly this has encouraged me to try elsewhere since I don't want to have to go through all this again in future.

When ever l come into your yard shop,all ways helpful, and willing too load the car.

We’ve used the Guys at Lawsons Salford branch for many of our building, fencing and landscaping projects, and have always had a stress free experience. The delivery guys always go out of their way to place our order in a place that’s not disruptive to access, and close as possible to the working area. The staff have always been approachable for advice and recommendations by phone or in person when needed. We would recommend Lawsons every time.

Good Price including free delivery. Delivered when they said they would and driver was both friendly, and very helpful. Products exactly as ordered. Well Done!

Easy to use web site pick my order payed me money by card was asked to pick a delivery date had all details taken and a reply that delivery would arrive on the date chosen it all arrived on time driver was excellent/polite / helpful well done great team work

I ordered sleepers to help level my garden and also used for boarders. I previously ordered full size sleepers, these recently were half size. Good quality and delivered promtly.
