Decided to pick up from store although it was still a long trip because I thought the shipping fees were astronomical. Apart from that very good, friendly service

Very quick and efficient delivery.

The pots are really useful, a smaller diameter than a standard milk pan so ideal for small portions such as a small tin of beans, and deeper than a standard milk pan so less splashing on the stovetop.

Delivery of all items achieved within 48 hours from time of order.

Visiting the Tavistock store was like an Aladdin's cave, but it's a long way to go, this is the next best thing. Deliver cost is expensive but quick and tracked. Great for baking items.

I ordered a very special set of kitchen knives online at Lawsons, Plymouth. It was sunday afternoon, and they were doing a great deal. They were delivered the following morning. Such a fantastic service. I'm dropping in there in a couple of days when I'm next in town, to buy something else I need. Lawsons is the place to go.

Accepting my on-line order and then telling me that you are unable to supply the item is not customer-friendly. I don't doubt that your service is good when you are able to fulfil an order. Disappointed.

I emailed an enquiry and received a very prompt reply. I ordered and received the item I wanted and it was despatched the following day and arrived within 24 hours.

I mainly buy my yogurt through Lawsons which is generally more competitive than elsewhere. I also buy the occasional kitchenware. Last week I bought a kitchen timer which proved to be faulty on arrival. I contacted Lawsons and it was replaced without delay and with no quibbling, so I am more than satisfied with the service they provide.

I ordered a steam mop on 15/11/15 to be delivered to my home address on the 17/11/15 I received an e mail informing me my order was ready for collection in my local store not acceptable would go elsewhere in future

I found the Lawsons website reasonably easy to use from my iPhone, though it didn't seem possible to view my entire basket as it had more than four items.

I was surprised to see a £1 tax had inexplicably been added and I queried this in the 'Comments' section. I also queried it by email shortly after. As yet I have not had a reply, though it's only been 36 hours.

Many companies offer a delivery date and time. I've not had this either.

I hope the products are OK. I'm sure they will be.

C&C worked perfectly - I collected my purchases in Plymouth with no hassle - and exactly as I'd ordered.

Goods ordered were reasonably priced and were delivered within a day of my order. Excellent service.

Placed my order online, the following morning I'm called to be told we don't have that item In stock and we don't know why it was online in the first place so we will be refunding you .

Excellent quick service. My goods were delivered next day. P + P was a bit pricey though so I would have liked the option of a slower maybe free delivery. However my parcel was well wrapped and safely delivered. Thank you.

The website is easy to navigate and the prices are good value. So far delivery has always been print. No complaints
