I first got in touch with Lawyers4U in November last year after doing a credit check and discovering not one but two CCJs against my name for unpaid parking fines that I had no knowledge of ever having received. This really came as a huge shock and was going to affect my ability to borrow money to remortgage and buy a new property. John is professional and knowledgable in all things CCJs. He was clear and helpful in explaining the process step by step. He was honest re my chances of success and instilled me with confidence to proceed with his support. John was thorough and prompt with his side of paperwork and processing keeping me up to date throughout. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the courts and I have endured significant delays with them due to one of my applications getting ‘lost’ but finally almost a year on from starting this process I have both CCJs set aside and removed from my file so I can now move forward and this has all been possible with thanks to John.

Manages to remove the CCJ that was filed incorrectly - don’t look anywhere else for support!

We discovered we were subject to a CCJ regarding service charges on a buy to let property. With John’s professional knowledge and service an N244 application and statement was completed and despatched to court. The service was reassuring and efficient resulting in the CCJ being set aside on the hearing date. Lawyers 4U come highly recommended.

Wow! I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
A rouge parking company enlisted bailiffs to chase two unknown CCJs. The letters from the bailiff company were the first I knew. The crooks at the parking company had sent the original fines and all subsequent information to not only the wrong address but also the wrong spelling of my name!!
I contacted John in a state of stress and to be honest fear. I couldn’t have the CCJs and the whole thing was morally wrong.
From the second I reached out, John took charge of the situation for me. He completed all documentation, dealt with the courts and advised me each time the crook company tried to contact me with bully tactics and absurd offers of settlement.
