Fees are dumb and quality is lacking

My sons team used lax.com for their team jersey, shorts, and a team shirt. Came to $150 after all of the fees and quality was lacking! Us parents will be pushing the team to stay away from lax.com in the future.

This company has no customer service

This company has no customer service! I’ve been waiting on a refund and have tried emailing them and calling them. No response other than auto responses…I’m not sure there are any employees!! I’m telling everyone at every lacrosse tournament we travel to to avoid this company at all costs!! Horrible!!

bad product, lack of customer support

We bought a stick for my son just before Christmas. It broke before end of February. We reached to Lax, we get a simple email, basically to follow a separate link to deal with the warranty. They did not care to back their products or replace it. It was not cheap either. Be careful what you buy, because you cannot just get customer service with Lax

Never got what I ordered

I made two orders from this company totalling around 600 bucks. The first order went fine so I placed the second for a head with a custom string job and a shaft. They sent the shaft and not the head. Claimed they sent the head, asked for pics of what I received then told me there was security video of the packing table and it was sent. It was not. I payed 185 dollars for a head and string job I do not have and instead of fixing the problem they accused me of lieing.
Update they have shipped and I received the head I ordered after 2 days of arguing they did make it right 1/23/25

Lost money shopping here!

Lost $10.62 attempting to buy Nike sweats here. They were too big for my kid and that is what I was charged to return them! No sweats and out $10.62. A purchase before this one, they sent me the wrong item entirely. They paid for the swap but I’m still annoyed! I’ve learned my lesson.

Beware of custom orders

Our son's lacrosse team uses LAX.com for all of their uniforms and apparel, so I know that the items are custom made. Therefore, I completely understand that the order window is limited and production will take some time after the store closes. I have not usually had issues with my orders, but am super frustrated with my recent experience. I received an email that one of the items did not meet the production minimum and I was issued a refund. I asked for them to replace the item with another instead so that my son could still receive some of the custom team apparel. However, they cannot order the new item since the store is closed. I was not notified that the original item was unavailable until after the store had already closed, so there is no way to order a different item.

Incorrect product sent

Incorrect product sent.
Ordered from a team lacrosse store and the bag said football.
No one answers the phone and sending an email feels like I am sending information into an abyss.
Waiting for a reply and a quick remedy for their mistake.

Their shipping folks can't be asked to…

Their shipping folks can't be asked to spend 3 minutes to ship the right product or the right size. And they ship expensive sports gear without any box or packaging, it comes inside a plastic bag - arrives dirty and damaged. Utterly ridiculous.

Bought several items

Bought several items; one of the cleats were the wrong size and after making me pay to ship it back they refuse to give me my refund because the box has tape on it?!? Even though they haven’t been worn. Buy from any of the other lax stores, they’re actually have decent customer service that won’t make you waste almost $150! I’ll be telling everyone on my sons’ MD teams about our experience!
