Great product, bad customer service
I received one of their products as a gift and the product itself is amazing — it’s unique, really enjoyable to complete, and makes such a thoughtful gift idea. I was genuinely impressed with the quality and the overall concept.
Unfortunately, the customer service experience has let the whole experience down.
When I came to finish the product and place it in the frame, I noticed scratch marks on the acrylic sheet. I’ve been trying to arrange a replacement, but it has been very difficult to get a response. The person who purchased it for me has emailed three times over a three-week period and hasn’t received any reply.
I also reached out via Instagram and was told, “Thanks for reaching out. I’ll get this solved for you ASAP. Thank you for your patience.” I responded asking how this would be resolved, but since then I haven’t received any further communication or indication that the issue is being addressed.
As you can imagine, this is both frustrating and disappointing, especially as this is the final step of assembling, where you see it all come together. I’m really hoping this can be resolved soon so the experience can match the quality of the item itself.
