Item received was not at as advertised

Item received was not at all as advertised. Asked for their return policy and was advised if they receive the returned item to China (name & address provided of the recipient) hence I posted a registered package back to them as advised. After 4 weeks, the item was returned to sender with comments “not collected by recipient “. To and fro emails from a Tiana - Layla Melbourne letting me know their policy which I digested with full understanding. They offered a 50% discount to buy again or a 10% refund - absurd offers. They should be accountable with false advertising and conned many consumers.

Yep I was scammed by them also

Yep I was scammed by them also. However I did receive the items omg the items are disgraceful I wouldn’t put them in a charity bin. They say they are from Melbourne but on further investigation they tell me they are from Melbourne but ship from China and their head office is in France. Sooo dodgy. I am returning the items I am expecting a full refund. I have also put a fraudulent dispute with my bank so I will get my refund one way or another.
Please don’t buy from them I just wish I came here first to read the reviews.
I gave one star because I can’t put in a review without a star rating

It's a scam

It's a scam. Only gave one star so I could submit review - should be -5. Don't be fooled. Store not in Melbourne, still waiting for my parcel which was sent from somewhere in China and now "on hold" in the Philippines. Have emailed Layla several times with no response.

What a disgusting business

What a disgusting business. I spent over $250 on what was to be $1000 but on LAST DAY SALE which I might say is still on sale 6 weeks later!! The fabric is absolutely disgusting no value in it whatsoever and the product has been made roughly with no tags of branding obviously in china before it finally arrived 6 weeks later. Avoid this site ALWAYS. A very very disappointed customer that will be throwing the products straight in the bin. 🤬

Pretends to be Australian, but is a shonky Chinese scammer

Complete scam. They pretend to be a quality clothing and shoe company based in my home city of Melbourne, Australia, but turns out that they are a shonky company based out of China. They lure you in with an úrgent closing-down sale countdown with nice pictures of classic shoes and clothing, only to a bait-and-switch and charge you for product that takes weeks to arrive, is poor quality and doesn't match the design in their social media photos. Avoid this scam business at all costs.
