AVOID THIS WOMAN … she is a compulsive…

AVOID THIS WOMAN … she is a compulsive liar and thief with zero remorse - she has done this to many many people - I’m pleased she has now closed her shop and been forced to cease trading - check her google reviews this so called business woman should be ashamed of herself but people like her have no empathy and play the victim - I can’t wait for justice to be served for all innocent victims
She has stolen rent, rental deposits and purchase deposits totalling over £100k and that’s what we know if there will be more as I see by the other 2 reviews on here - she has several CCjs she will lie constantly we have all been told the same lies - taking money of innocent hard working people is a disgrace I hope karma gets to work quickly !

Avoid: Sarah Layton (now insolvent) appropriates your deposit

I wish I could have had the option of giving -5 stars! On the 13.02.2023 I gave Sarah Layton a deposit cheque for £5,100.00 (the £100.00 being agents’ commission) on the purchase of a piece of land. When the completion date arrived, I was given many excuses as to why Layton couldn’t forward me my money in order to complete and finally, on the 29th September 2023, she transferred £2,500.00 to my solicitors. She has retained the remaining £2,500 of my money, forcing me to raise further funds in order to complete.
I engaged DCBL (Bailiffs) to recover the debt, only to find Sarah Layton had filed for insolvency and her company, Layton’s Premier Properties Ltd had been dissolved. (She had been seen clearing out her premises in Uckfield High Street, on Sunday 1st October 2023 so I had guessed something was amiss).
As it is pointless throwing good money after bad in pursuing a bankrupt for money, I have had no option but to let this sad person get away with appropriating my money and can only hope that Karma will eventually do her work! I see from other reviews here that I am not Laytons only victim.

This woman who owns Layton premier…

This woman who owns Layton premier properties, took a deposit, and then spent it on herself, I have been trying to get her to pay me back, but it's now a year, and I am still waiting for £8,500, she promised to pay on the 15th of August, then she asked to pay full amount on 31st August we tried working with her but to no avail.
Please don't give her any deposit monies, as she will use it for herself.
