I placed 3 different orders in April and have received them all. It's a shame competitors and other fake people come to this site to bash this company.
For god's sake people, send them an email they will reply. Call them, they will answer. They literally have their address linked on their website. If you are reading this, use your head. Why would a company offer so many avenues to contact them AND give their address publicly if they were trying to scam people? It doesn't make sense...

I'll be called fake, an employee, owner, ect... for this review but after my experience and speaking to the actual owner of the company I feel like its the least I can do to try and dispel all of the fake reviews I see here and on reddit. (It's all the same account and user from NC) look into it, the same person is set to try and make people question this 20 year old business. It's a shame and these bad actors should be ashamed too.

My order numbers are 8809 8846 and 8869. that means there are at least 8,800 (Eight Thousand Eight Hundred) satisfied customers and 21 "dissatisfied" ones... I'll take my chances with those odds......

I sent in my duel sense edge controller for it to get customized and the shipping said 2-3 weeks but it ended up being 2 years basically from October 2023 it’s crazy cause really they just took my ps5 pro controller, they don’t answer anymore of my emails or insta DMs only once they said check the status on the website, and they also added an extra step to my Oder progress now I know Im never getting it

Seems like a theme here. Waiting on two orders form these guys. One from Nov 2023, another from Feb 2024. Emailed twice and sent a DM on Instagram with no reply (although they seem to have time to post videos). Gutted as they started off so great. Sent them a message before I bought with a couple custom adjustments and they replied straight away. I feel bad posting a review but with no customer service and waiting well over a year there's little other recourse. Bought a similar controller from XLTeam on Etsy and arrived within 6 weeks, great quality and works great. I'd suggest doing that unless these guys sort things out.

I placed my order November 2023. Still have no received my sons controller. It has been in quality control for an entire year. No one responds when you message them. I’m really upset I wasted over $200 because at this point I have no expectation of receiving it.

I ordered my ps1 themed ps5 controller in April of 2024. In the time, I’ve had ZERO updates on the status of my order. Checking online shows that it’s in the “quality control” stage, but it’s been like that for months. I’ve emailed them for updates but get no response. Absolutely the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had! Stay away from them! You’ll regret it if you don’t!

Holy shit, I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. This whole experience has been absolutely excruciating. It’s been over 20 weeks of waiting, and my controller has crawled through the stages at a pace that feels intentionally slow. Sure, I get periodic updates, but the final straw for me has been the Quality Control step. You’d assume this part would be quick, right? Nope—I’ve been stuck in this step for 45 days and still haven’t heard a thing.

I’ve emailed them at least four times throughout the process with zero replies. Their so-called “live chat” system is a complete joke—it doesn’t even work. But here’s the worst part: I’ve been waiting so long for this matte black PS5 Edge controller that in the meantime, PlayStation has literally released their own matte black controller for HALF the price! The delay was so ridiculous that PlayStation beat them to it.

At this point, I don’t even think I could request a refund. Every form of contact with them seems fake, and they’re impossible to reach. Sure, I’ve seen some reviews from people who actually received their controllers, but honestly, I feel scammed. Maybe mine will arrive one day… or maybe it won’t. Who knows?

If you’re thinking about ordering a controller from Lazamods, just don’t. Save your money and your sanity. Trust me—it’s not worth the risk.

Paid for a controller in beginning of june 2024. Build time was 8-20 weeks. Got notifications about the build process until October. Have not heard anything since customer support does not answer calls or emails. If you call the number on the website they are always closed. Filed a claim with the BBB but then saw Laza mods has a horrible reputation on there. Avoid this company entirely

Ordered Jan 2nd 2024 and still haven’t received my 2 controllers almost a year later. When i contact them all they say is that my order is in “quality control”, which it’s been in since July. They also went off on me in email for questioning if they were scamming people. Other than that they won’t answer any of my questions about eta or a refund.

I ordered a controller in October 2023 and have yet to receive it. I've been told by the company multiple times that my order will ship soon because of their licensing agreement. It has been over a year and 9 months since I last got an update. Please read the reviews before you order from them. I asked about a refund and they said they would give me a refund but I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. So, I have to pay to refund a product they never delivered? My order still says unfulfilled and I have tried reaching out to them and have not gotten a response.

I ordered about two years ago. This is definitely a scam. I’ve tried contacting but haven’t heard anything back. This is ridiculous with how much I paid to get it for Christmas and never got it. Do not order from them!

I have been waiting for almost 1 year for my controller. They do not answer their phones. I ask for updates on IG and they go unanswered. I email support and they say they will refund with a 25% restock fee. When I ask about doing that they do not contact me back.

I placed an order for a pretty standard controller (just like advertised without adding anything) in mid April. Messaged them in June and said I wanted to gift it to a friend in mid June and if they could tell me when it would be shipped. They said it’s not gonna be there on time but I could buy another controller and pay for expedited building for like a bunch of more cash. Obviously I didn’t do that, thankfully. I’ve tried emailing from time to time because even in August nothing had been shipped. At the end of September I asked again and I got an email that it was in quality control phase, nothing more. That phase hasn’t changed since then - it’s now November. Since I paid with PayPal I waited until the last day and then contacted PayPal and even then the seller wouldn’t reply. Now after over 2 weeks they said they’re offering me a refund, but only a part. I paid like 205 bucks and they offered 148 back. Of course I said no, because why would I pay for not even getting my shipment. So PayPal took care of things and now I got my money back. Be careful guys, this definitely looks like a scam. If you google the company you find lots of these cases and they even moderate and delete comments in IG and co.

I own 2 Controllers from them and love both. My custom built one took time to build but was on schedule from what I read on their FAQ page. When I bough my translucent purple controller it arrived in 2 days! I love both and will order again

I would never order from here again. Firstly I ordered my controller in January, nine months later it finally arrived. I was very disappointed as I had ordered a PS1 Lite themed controller and the one I received was much darker than the one advertised and on videos also the shape buttons were off center. Especially being that they said the reason for the delay was color correction. The colors were just very dark. I called customer service very calmly and spoke briefly with the very nice lady on the phone who had helped me before. I explained why I was disappointed and they transferred me to the guy who does the paint jobs I guess his name is Zach. Probably the single rudest individual I’ve ever spoken to who doesn’t care to hear anything you have to say. Immediately started laughing at me while I was explaining my situation and why I was unhappy with the color of the controller. He was incredibly insistent that, because he made them, they were perfect. He was incredibly aggressive, rude, and impossible to talk too. He only cared to hear that he was right and because he made them they were perfect. I was just trying to explain that the controller in my hand vs the controller I’m looking at on their side is like much darker than expected and he just kept aggressively interrupting me. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone just due to the fact that Zach was incredibly horrible to talk to and made this an awful experience. I expressed that the color seemed a couple shades darker and he started berating me saying “then tell me what that means, talk to me like I’m DUMB and explain to me what 3 shades darker means” just someone you should never let interact with customers because he will run everyone away with his horrible customer service.

Ordered a custom controller back on Jan 31st and still have yet to receive it. I asked for an update back in July and they asked my order number and never replied back since. I've sent them 2 more replies since that time and still nothing. I'll be contacting my bank and reporting it as fraud.

This people are totally scammers or just very unprofessional sellers. I did an order one year and two months ago, and I didn't received it yet. They stopped answering me for months, and I just don't know where my order is, and if they are legit or scammers. I keep asking for some news on their site and they don't answer, so I asked many times on their instagram page and they still don't answer, so I commented under their posts on instagram to have their attention and to warn other users about the "sellers" bad behaviour, but they keep deleting my comments and other comments from other users that just had my same experience. When someone points out that are waiting for more than a year without having news, they answer always in the same way everywhere. They answer something like: "It's very unlikely this way, / it isn't possible; / usually people telling this things doesn't have real proofs or a order number to show, so there's no way they are telling the truth".
They keep answering like this on their main social accounts, making sure to delete negative comments like mine so they look good, and than you could find the same comments here, from them or other accounts that are probably just their fake accounts trying to look good about their "commercial activity", again. I can't even ask a refund, they just kept my 217,64$ since August 25 - 2023, and that's it. And I have a number code related to my order, I'm just not stupid and I'll not share it here. I have screenshots for proofs about my order and this absurd situation.
Now I lost my patience after writing to them again and not receveing any answer or news, so I'm leasing this review to warn more people I possibly can: please, don't waste money on this bs. Use them to something more safe, and avoid Lazamodz. I did a lot of sacrifices to pay that pad and make that order, in a bad financial situation in my life, but I did it anyway cause it was a gift for my bf and I wanted to make him happy, and now I'm so sad and sick for all this bs.
I guess I just threw a lot of money away, and I will never get anything back.

Please think before you buy from this company they are the worst at getting anything done ! Cars are built quicker then these controllers . The customer service are arrogant and pompous!!!! It has been 8 months no emails nothing.. 1 star is too much for them ! Reddit is loaded with horrible reviews.

Ordered last year. They promised 8 to 10 weeks. Still waiting 8 months later. Spent alot of money and our son is still waiting for the controller.

Customer service is very unfriendly and defensive. Feels like we're being scammed. Said there's a 40% restocking fee. Such BS.

Gonna let my lawyer friend take care of it if we don't get it soon. This has been very frustrating.
