If no stars was possible....The camera is crap, not any value and worst experience ever, classic wish-camera. Its impossible to get a answer from a person and all the customer-care responses are from AI, Its impossible to get a correct return-adresse and the one on the web-site is wrong. STAY AWAY
Chinese Temu scam site. Don't buy ANYTHING there. The quality is crap. I wanted to refund the camera I purchased as per the conditions on their site. Here is their answer:
"Dear Customer,
If you insist on returning your product for a refund, please note the following:
1. Cancellations not due to quality issues will incur a 260DKK initial shipping fee + a 15% restocking fee, and we do not provide return labels.
2. Our return address is different from the address on the package and we only accept returns to the address we provide. If you send the package to a different address, we will not be able to accept it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the product without permission.
3. You will need to ship the product back to Hong Kong, and you will be responsible for the return shipping, customs clearance fees, and import taxes.
4. We recommend that you indicate a lower customs value to avoid incurring high taxes and fees. Customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund.
5. We are not responsible if the package is lost during shipping or is returned for other reasons (such as customs detention).
Returns are very troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties. Could we offer a 5% refund on your order? I hope you can keep the product and not request a return. I look forward to your response.
