2 big issues, otherwise useful. Lots of room for improvement

Issue 1: I see it get hung up on things as simple as "Enter Today's Date" and other simple and common fields in applications. I have also seen glaring, and I mean glaring issues across some of the applications I went back and reviewed. Makes me really wonder how many applications were messed up.

Issue 2: Although job boards offer filters for things like: Remote, Level, etc... LazyApply only lets you filter by them for their LinkedIn and Indeed automations. The filters for the other platforms are limited, if you do choose to get the premium version.

Wasting Everyone's Time

They used my closed indeed listing without my permission and now I have over a thousand messages from applicants for a job that isn't even available. They have left it on their site for many months. My job posting was closed on Feb and it's now August and I'm getting multiple messages a day from applicants who found my business through their post

I wish I could get a refund

Really just not up to par.

If you're looking for a fairly nonspecific role (like marketing specialist, or project manager), it may work better. For those of us with specialized training looking for specific job titles, really not a good investment.

-Applied to jobs completely out of my professional degree path (MD/DO/nursing jobs when I am a PharmD).
-Marked me as a male in some jobs?
-I tried to run different resumes for a few similar job titles but it struggled with that.

Was really hoping for a better experience for the price.

This just doesn't work

This just doesn't work.

* Installing the necessary extension took multiple tries.
* It applies for jobs that don't meet the filter criteria
* It doesn't apply for jobs that do meet the criteria
* There's no way to manage the application process while it's happening.

There are numerous misspellings and missing features as well.

I've requested a refund. Let's see how that goes.

SCAM

SCAM, avoid. I paid for a "lifetime" membership - after a few months, my account no longer has any reference to my membership and support has been unresponsive. Save your money and avoid this company.

It fills out the applications horribly

It fills out the applications horribly. I watched it apply for 5 jobs and it filled out various parts of the applications with completely wrong info, or it omitted info that the hiring manager needs (such as years of experience with a certain platform). Since it only does EasyApply stuff, you might as well just click through it yourself.

Total fail

Total fail. You watch it apply on your behalf... terribly. The LinkedIn forms are being completed incorrectly. Basically it ruins your chances for ever getting a callback from given recruiter or agency. I can't believe Wired profiled that thing. I will demand a refund, but I doubt I'll ever get it.

Scam! scam! Scam!

All the emails sent by the app automation were flagged as Spam, most of the jobs applied on the job boards through this app were not even in my scope of qualifications, on the App they had indicated if you don't get an interview within 30 days they will refund your money, now they have blocked me. Poor customer service, the App is a scam! Don't waste your time and money!

Put your wallet away.

Does not do what it advertises and I am ashamed I wasted $100 on it. The automation only worked for a few jobs, then quit. Mostly the app got stuck and didn't do anything. Customer Service answers everything BUT your question.

I am very disappointed. Save your money.

Inconsistent & Undependable

Frustrating- It will send some of your information to a lot of companies with errors and sometimes it will run and nothing will be sent.

The system will also auto-fill incorrect information and send to industries not applicable to my experience.

Scam DON'T Buy it

Does not work and customer service is very stupid. They say they fix it but nothing works. Tried to get help about 5 times but they keep ignore your message. Nothing changed. Do not buy it. Waste of money. It will apply to random jobs and definitely does not apply.

Doesn't work and customer service is fake

Does not work and customer service says they fix things but then the issue persists. Tried to get help about 5 times. Nothing changed. Do not buy it. Waste of money. It will apply to random jobs and definitely does not apply to 750 a day - more like 10, even when you leave it on for hours.

Ridiculous

It's very expensive for what it really does which is easy apply for you while you watch it make errors and apply to jobs at random.
