CANOT REACH ANYONE AT THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. i HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY CHAIR. TRIED TO CAL TWICE AND HELD ON FOR 30 MINUTES ON HOLD AND NEVER REACHED ANYONE. I CALLED THE SALES DEPARTMENT WHERE I BOUGHT IT AND THEY SAID SOMETIMES YO HAVE TO HODL FOR ONE AND A HALF HOURS
We bought $20K in furniture
We bought $20K in furniture — the color/dye on the leather on our couch and recliners has faded or basically worn off over a very short period of time — I would never buy anything from this company ever again — totally rip off! We feel like such fools…
Not worth the price and not to be trusted
We bought living room furniture for about $11,000. While it was attractive it is overpriced and cheaply built.
We have two vibrator, heater recliner chairs that were $2500 each in 2018 that don't begin to compare to less expensive recliners in another room. The recliner mechanism on one failed and it took an extended period with appointments that were cancelled to get it repaired. We also bought the 5 yr care plan and now both have discolored badly but the care plan we are told does not cover it... gee was I surprised.
I wouldn't even give La-Z-Boy 1 star
I wouldn't even give La-Z-Boy 1 star! Placed an order for an L Couch in January, it finally came in in September. They didn't even bother calling me to tell me that it was in. I just so happened to walk into the store one day and asked where my 7k couch was....what a coincidence that it just arrived that day....sure 🙄....Set up delivery and had the worst delivery people. They tried to tell me that it wouldn't fit through the door to which I said to unhook the legs...poof! It fit through the door. The delivery guys had trouble locking the L Couch in place and spoke in Spanish...well funny, I speak Spanish! They were discussing a way to tell me that it was broken. I started a conversation with them in Spanish and...poof! The Couch all of a sudden fit together. It was in our home for 2 days before one side of the couch started bunching in the seat. Uhm, no, this should not be happening. I called the store and they referred me to their customer care number to set up an appointment for them to come out. Perfect, I thought. Annoying but this will get sorted out. Wrong! I have spent endless hours waiting to speak to a person at this customer care number all while listening to the song "Freebird" over and over on a non stop loop. No one has endless amounts of time to just wait like this and I always end up giving up after a good hour or so. I tried emailing them as well...I was responded to after a good 3 days and was asked for more information to which I very quickly provided. It's been silence on their end ever since and that was a good 10 days ago. I have now started to look around Google for what others may be experiencing and it's not looking good at all. Do not buy from La-Z-Boy!!! Your product will arrive damaged and no one will help.
Telladega recliner
Telladega is for taller heights but not 6 foot 3 and above. I am 5 11 it depends on where the lumbar region presses on your back to be comfortable. The back slips out of place or needs to be adjusted. My wife is 5 foot 6 and does have issues where lumbar and neck meet the chair for best support. My chair does NOT have memory foam in seat , would be a good addition. Leather is medium grade but not supple leather . Since other parts of recliner are synthetic, it would be preferred if leathers chosen for the parts that touch points seat and arms were a finer grade of leather but not pressed full thickness so good. Some reports are just one word comfortable that does not help to decide on size, comfort, adjustments, exchange policy of 3 days at my store is NOT acceptable and I was not aware it was so short, 30 days is customary. Also limited warranty is ambiguous designation. I have had lazy boy for 30 plus years , durable design , just needs some greater choice on leathers .

No follow-up as promised at delivery to fix DOA sofa. (Powered unit not working) Scratched wood flooring during delivery. Finally able to get power reclining to work on my own. Lazy service.
Do not purchase a rocking recliner from…
Do not purchase a rocking recliner from La-Z-Boy unless you want endless creaks, squeaks, pops and ping noises coming from underneath your recliner. I had to carry the chair to the service facility and was informed that no problem could be found. This chair is very annoying to anyone else in the room.
Very Happy Senior Citizen
Service and quality of the furniture is awesome. Eddie helped us with everything we needed. And he was not pushy. Upstanding professional.

We bought 2 double recliner Lazyboy recliner couch. Both had to be repaired after the first couple of years. There warranty does not cover the tecnician repair. I will not pay for that name they have terrible service. The warrenty covers so little that is of no value. There is a reason every one give them a terrible rating!!

Our reclining sofa is sagging and needs replacement foam after we paid for a technician to check it out as it was still within guarantee. Emails to Lazy Boy customer service have stalled. They requested information from me which I provided quickly and they have not got back to me. I sent a chaser email and have had no reply to that either. Will not be buying anything else from them.

The only thing good about the chair is that it extends fully but it makes a horrible cranking sound anytime you open it up and then if you wanted to go back more it makes it more horrible cranking sound and I paid $1,700 I would never get another chair by them,
I put WD-40 on every mechanical part underneath and it still makes the same horrible sound after 7 or 8 months it gets on your nerves also the neighbors
Their lifetime warranty is BS
I purchased a La-Z-Boy chair approximately two years ago it cost $1200 supposed to be guaranteed for the life of the chair the actual part no children in the home both of us are elderly so we definitely didn’t abuse it. I purchased lazy boy because I thought they stood behind their name and their guarantee but the chair busted when I put it up one day for the feet to be elevated all the plastic parts underneath broke so I contacted La-Z-Boy and I did get the replacement part but nobody could fix it La-Z-Boy doesn’t offer anybody to service their guarantee it was going to cost me around $800 to get it serviced I won’t be buying another lazy boy I had a Lane recliner for 20+ years never had an issue I think I’ll go back to them
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The wife and I purchased our Lazyboy top of the line motorized sofa in Sarasota. We purchased the upgrade on the material which is fine. The cushions are the problem. After only 3years the foam has become so degraded it hurts our backs to even sit in them. We were told by the store manager they are out of warranty and noting can be done. I guess we we should have bought Chinese furniture instead of trying to buy American. At least the Chinese companies stand behind their products. so much for buying Made in America. This was our third set of Living room furniture from Lazyboy.
Fabric failure on La-Z-Boy Paxton sectional- 1 year old!
One year and the Paxton sectional we purchased looks and feels like it's 20 years old! Terrible pilling and fuzzy! They want to charge me $160 to look at it. The customer service person told me to shave my couch! No shaving will help this- trust me! The fabric is defective and I paid premium for this piece of furniture and will not pay anything more! Don't buy furniture at La-Z-Boy!
Ordered the Jay reclining sofa and…
Ordered the Jay reclining sofa and loveseat in July, received December 2021. Within a week the sofa AND loveseat cushions started breaking down. Many calls to “comfort care” they finally sent a inspector who ordered new cushions. Not notified of inspection results but received 4 huge boxes. After a few days I called “comfort care” who informed us they were replacing cushions. By this time the leg rest on one recliner wasn’t working. A person came replaced the cushions and LEFT THE BOXES AND DEFECTIVE CUSHIONS and said they don’t take them. Within a few days the replacement cushions and parts were breaking down. The inspector said they are UP TO MANUFACTURER’S specifications. I asked for refund or store credit and was told by Comfort Care rep. Valerie they were not going to do anything. I then emailed corporate office CEO, VP, Marketing, Community Support and every email I could find at corporate with pictures of the furniture. Within days I received a full refund.
This all took over 9 months of constant complaints
Sagging sofa - don't recommend
We have had our lazyboy reclining sofa 4 years. Within the first year there was sagging on the back rest, seat and foot rest. It looks like it needs more foam/padding. This has become more and more noticeable and now the sofa most definitely looks "old" - not something I expected after spending so much money. I would not recommend buying at all.
We bought a recliner sofa and chair
We bought a recliner sofa and chair. We ordered in February 2020 and got it in August .. by December we were already calling to get it fixed. The guy came out said "I know what wrong" he didn't even look at it ,.. touched it ... Or reclined it or sat on it .. he said the part will take a few weeks and we said ok.. and here it is June and nobody has called or came to fix it. I have wrote. .called .. left messages .. my husband just left another voice mail bc there is more falling apart in addition to what we have reported. We bought a throw away living room set at this little furniture shop and it lasted longer than this 7k furniture. I'm very disappointed bc I have a broken sofa with this huge debt ... Very disappointed
Poor lazyboy products!!!
Purchased sofa, loveseat and chair ...approx $6K. Took 9.5 months to receive(31 Dec).. Loveseat and couch have bad buckling on cord around cushions and piced on front rather than back. Middle seat completely popped out in front (this will be repaired). Back cushions are not full and wrinkle. Side panel on loveseat already replaced. Really poor workmanship!! Professional upholster identified all the problems and Lazyboy will only fix 2....after trying to resolve for another 60 days. I will never buy Lazyboy again and recommend not spending good money on their products....for which they don't adequately resolve problems.
BEWARE . Lazy Boy furniture and SCS.
Lazy Boy suites are no longer made by qualified upholsterers in the USA they are made in the far east, mainly China.
The frames are made in my opinion of flimsy plywood and soft pine wood and not the hard wood that the videos that you may view in the SCS shops suggest.
SCS also use false review ratings to promote their sales based off the delivery aspect of the sale and not the product and Trustpilot allows this misleading exercise.

Bought a $3200 recliner on 1/2/22… took 3 months to get here. Now have used it about 10 times and it’s broken. And now been on hold for customer service for an hour just to talk to someone…this was a huge mistake
