SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! This company has been a nightmare from beginning to end. I figured with the higher price point of the clothing that it would’ve been the quality that the pictures show... wrong. They make it impossible to return, and offer you some kind of BS amount to keep the items. Once I actually got a return address, i shelled out the $65 in shipping to ***CHINA***... red flag all by itself there... so that I could at least recoup some of the money I wasted on these ridiculous clothes. 4 months go by, nothing but BS through email. And then I get a notice from the post office, unclaimed so it got sent back to me. So now I’ve spent another $65 for nothing. I’m reporting this company to my credit card company, not sure what else can be done to stop them from scamming people. Open to suggestions tho.

This company is a total scam. The clothing is junk nothing like the photos. Their return policy is a joke I spent 35 dollars sending it back to China and its now been almost four months. They tell me they have not received the merchandise and to keep waiting. I am now going to try and file something through paypal, They are a disgusting company. Do not purchase from this company. You will be scammed too

I got scammed! I should have known better, but LBDUK had what seemed to be a safe and no hassle return policy- not the case! Clothing was junk. Poor quality. Bad sizing. Nothing like the pictures. Poor email correspondence. I filed a dispute through PayPal, and LBDUK finally responded. Problem was I would have to return the item to CHINA with postage costing me $35 for size, weight, tracking. No guarantee that LBDUK would be honest and claim they received it. So....chalk this one up to a lesson learned.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Like almost every other review here this company is the worst!! I bought a sweater from them from a facebook ad i saw. It took months to arrive, was too small even though i ordered two sizes bigger so it would be baggy, it was the cheapest made thing i have every seen- scratchy and see through- no lining. i paid $30 and they offered me $3!!!! outrageous! after months of back and forth with them i still have not received a dime! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! BEWARD. this truly is the worst experience i have ever had with a company. total rip off. i will also report them to paypal and warn others on social media about them.

I wish zero stars was an option. PLEASE don't waste your money ordering from this company! The pictures they use to advertise look nothing like the product you'll receive. The hooded wool coat I ordered was horrible quality, sewn incorrectly so the sides were uneven, and had gaps in the material where there were holes that could been seen through. I sent pictures of the faulty product, asking for a refund, and the company offered me $3 (I paid $27), saying it was too expensive to exchange since it shipped from China. They refused to refund my money. Please save yourself the headache - stay away from this site!

This website is HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! i ordered a sweater and what I received was NOT even the same item?! It had no tags inside to tell what size it was, it was poorly stitched, and a completely different fabric that was shown on the website. I emailed for return address to send it back and get a full refund. I was told I could "keep it, or give it to a friend, and they would refund me $5.00" UMMM..... I paid $35 for it. NO. Terrible customer service, couldn't even type in full ENGLISH sentences. BAD BAD BAD. Do not order from here. FAKE FAKE FAKE.

I wish “0” stars was an option. Horrible company! They claim to take responsibility for poor craftsmanship on their clothes, which includes return shipping, but they don’t! Items come from China and need to be returned to a remote place in China where tracking is virtually impossible uess you pay upwards of $80. Clothes are cheap and don’t fit anything like in the pictures, and colors are vastly off. My items came with holes in them and they still wouldn’t take them back. SCAM!!!!!!

Zero stars if I could!! These people are total scammers!!! They use fake pictures because their clothes look nothing like what I ordered! The clothes run extremely small and are very poorly made. They don't do refunds and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save your time and money. :( thank God PayPal refunded me

Bought a sweatshirt that wasn’t even sweatshirt material. Bought sparkly pants that were supposed to be silver and they were actually purple. They wouldn’t take them back.

Once again I was fooled. I'm sure the product is going to suck IF and when it finally arrives from China. When will I learn? So disappointed I ordered from this company. I am reporting abuse on their instagram ads

This company is a scam! Their clothes look high quality on their website but when you receive them, they are made of cheap material, with incredibly poor stitching. Looks like a kid's home economics project. I tried to return them and we went back-and-forth for 2 weeks, with them saying they would only refund me $5, then $10, then $30, when I had spent over $100. It advertises easy returns online which is a total lie. After I repeatedly insisted I get a full refund, they finally gave me the return address and said I'd have to pay for the return shipping. It would've cost me $60 because it was shipped from China!! I eventually just reported it as fraud to my credit card company and they are pursuing it with them. Do NOT order from this company!!

Ordered from this company and they took over 2 months to ship my item to me. They sent me an email in the meantime saying they were insuring the quality of my purchase. Total lie. When I opened the package the item was not the same item pictured on the website and not only that it was substandard material. I emailed (because there is no way to call them) and they said they would give me a refund if I ship the item back to China. They then proceeded to tell me how much it would cost to ship my item back to them and that I should just give the item to someone else if I didn't like it. I have left feedback when ever I see them advertise on Facebook but they cut me off from commenting on their feed. I have read other reviews though and they do this to customers all is the time. You see, China has no costs to ship items to the USA but we are charged $70.00 or more to send something to them. LBDUK knows this and takes advantage of people in the USA. My advice is save your hard earned money.

Total scam, do not buy from this website. Horrible product and does not refund.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SHAM

This company took weeks to ship my items and when they finally arrived they looked nothing like the pictures and were sized wrong. I usually wear a small and I bought a large sweatshirt so it would be loose and I couldn't even fit it over my arms. The quality of everything was so bad and obviously not what was on the site. When i tried to return the items the company told me that despite their return policy on the website, they would not pay for return shipping. They told me that since I would have to return the items to China it would probably be more cost effective for me to just keep the items. They offered me a $5 refund for a $60 order. Still fighting with them to get my full refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THE CLOTHES ARE CHEAPLY MADE. THEY COME FROM CHINA AND LOOK HORRIBLE! I WOULD NEVER WEAR ANY OF THEIR CLOTHING. THEY TOOK A MONTH TO ARRIVE AND WHEN THEY DID, IT WAS AWFUL. TO TOP IT OFF, THEY WOULDN'T LET ME RETURN ANY OF THE MERCHANDISE. I TOSSED EVERYTHING OUT. I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE TO GOOD WILL. THAT'S HOW BAD IT WAS. GARBAGE! THE RETURN POLICY IS TERRIBLE.

even though they say easy returns, they do not accept returns even though it was their fault. They sent clothing that did not fit and had me measure and send pictures to only tell me that it's too much $ to send back to them. They would not even offer me 20% of what I spent in a refund. They are a total SCAM!

Do not purchase from this vendor! I ordered two oversized, purple velvety hoodies from them. The hoodies took several weeks to arrive and when they did they were not oversized or purple. They were brown and cheaply made. I reached out to the vendor about returning them, and spent a week going back and forth to have them offer an $8 refund on shirts that I spent $65 on. Then I was told, after week that I can return them for a refund but I have to pay the shipping. Normally that would be ok but given that I bought shirts that were falsely advertised I should not have to pay shipping and shouldn’t have spent the last week dealing with this issue. Shop elsewhere!!

The absolute worst!! Clothing was cheap, poorly made and falling a part and they do not honor any returns unless you pay for shipping all the way to China!! Clothes look cute on the website but they are terribly made. Save your money and shop anywhere else!!

i don't even feel this company deserves 1 star if i'm being honest. i ordered a pair of sequin joggers, after waiting 26 days to receive them, they are not at all the same color as the website shows. i contacted the company only to be given the run around about proving its the wrong item, then being told i'm wrong and didn't understand their colors online. i still have not been sent a return label. as a matter of fact, was told they would contact the customer service center and get back with me, they only offer a return within 30 days, my time is up now. and when asked to rate the service i am directed to a "dead" site....BUYER BEWARE DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!! they advertise EASY RETURNS, this is false. I am now stuck with uncomfortable rose gold pants when i was wanting gold.
