I recently purchased a Rolex Submariner from LBJ Watches and couldn’t be happier with both the watch and the service I received.
I initially called on a Thursday morning before my birthday weekend and was fortunate enough to deal with Harrison. From the very first conversation, Harrison was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, gave me complete confidence in the purchase and made the entire process straightforward and enjoyable.
As the watch was intended for my birthday weekend, I was keen to receive it as quickly as possible. Harrison understood how important this was to me and pulled out all the stops to make it happen. His communication throughout was excellent, and he went above and beyond to ensure the watch arrived in time.
The Submariner itself is absolutely stunning and exactly as described. It was presented beautifully and exceeded my expectations. More importantly, the level of customer service I received was exceptional. It’s rare to find a company that combines a fantastic product with genuinely outstanding customer care, but LBJ Watches have certainly achieved that.
A huge thank you to Harrison and the team. I am absolutely over the moon with my Submariner and would not hesitate to recommend LBJ Watches to anyone looking to purchase a luxury timepiece. First-class service from start to finish.

A delightful experience
My first time dealing with LBJ and certainly a delightful experience to the extent that my Son-in-Law who was with me was so impressed, he bought a Rolex too!
Harrison was great to deal with and a credit to the 'team'. Luke, Harrison, and Harvey are experts and deliver an exceptional service and experience. Wonderful experience for my Rolex 126600
During my whole watch hunting experience, LBJ is one of the shortlisted vendor for my Rolex 126600 in grey market.
This is an exceptional experience with Harvey who is definiely a friendly and knowledageble guy. I have a wonderful expierence with him to walk through the whole process. Patient enough to walk throug the whole process like checking watch condition, accessories etc.
That is a correct decision to go with LBJ and I wish this review help.

Excellent service and a better deal than expected
I had a great experience purchasing my watch from LBJ Watches. I initially enquired about a different piece but later decided on another model and had already started a deal elsewhere.
Luke got back in touch following my original enquiry, and instead of pushing the original watch, he took the time to understand what I actually wanted. He then came back with a more competitive offer on the model I’d chosen, which really stood out and ultimately led me to go ahead with LBJ.
Harvey and the rest of the sales team were also excellent—professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout. The whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish.
Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use LBJ Watches again
