I don’t trust this exchange!
I don’t recommend it. The deposit took 30 seconds, but the withdrawal dragged on for 2 days. It only went through after I called them out on X.com and other social media. I found similar complaints from others, but like them, I got banned from their socials. I’m 99% sure someone’s manually processing withdrawals. Thankfully, it was just a test on L2. Who wants to use an exchange that takes 2 days to pay out… and only after you blast their social media?

Account KYC verification takes ages, deposits/withdraws are non-automated, you always have to contact support. It has been a nightmare using this platform. Support agents are not helpful at all, especially Sumit.

Avoid LCX – No Support and Lost Funds!
Using LCX has been a nightmare. I had around $30 in LTC in my wallet and wanted to withdraw it, but the system rejected the transaction, claiming the amount was too low—even though similar withdrawals worked fine before. When I checked my wallet again, I noticed that my balance was suddenly zero, even though I never made a withdrawal.
I immediately contacted support. Days passed, and no one could explain what happened or help me. After waiting for several days, I followed up again—LCX support continued to ignore the issue. In the end, the chat was closed by the system, yet no one reached out to me, and my funds were never returned.
LCX is a platform that does not care about its users. If you encounter any issues, don’t expect support to help you. Lack of professionalism, ignored customers, and potential fund losses—I strongly advise against using this exchange!

Poor usability
First of all, if you can't fully translate your platform properly, it's better not to do it at all. The Polish version is poorly executed and comes across as unprofessional, even scam-like.
Secondly, it's no longer the 2010—users expect a seamless and user-friendly experience, and unfortunately, your platform falls short in that regard. Especially comparing to competition.
Lastly, I primarily use the desktop version, and the website frequently crashes, forcing me to restart it immediately. This doesn’t inspire confidence, especially when it comes to sharing personal data.
Came for DEVVE but leaving empty handed...

I have had nothing but great experiences with lcx. The people leaving 1 star reviews are not trading lcx properly hence they loose their money or have high fees. Please do research and learn how to trade before investing in any crypto properly.

My balance of $230 turns into $157.30 after tradingmy ltc to lcx. I would like to ask a refund for the transaction below. I just read the other reviews here that also give one star just now, and i am very late to check the reviews. I should have done research first before using their platform. I thought the trading fees is only 3% and 0.15% if we will use LCX. For people who wants to use lcx in the future and if you are reading this please stay away from this platform and and stick to binance coinbase kucoin and other trusted exchanges. Using this platform will only give you a headache!
I should be getting at least 787 LCX TOKENS (CURRENT PRICE IS $0.2934) but I only received 551 as of writing this review. This is a horrible experience!!!
