We were very pleased by our stay in Mouraria, Lisbon! Our apartment was near commodities, metro, bus and tram stations. Newly renovated and clean with a special touch: our first wine bottle! It was good good miam miam! João was very attentive to our needs, and his activity suggestions were very interesting and low cost for a private group like ours! Visits, sunset cruise, wine tasting, name it! I highly recommend LD Apartments!

Great hosts and the apartment is very well located. We walked everywhere. We look forward to staying there again when we are next in Lisbon. Christina was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions.

We have stayed in rentals homes for over 20 years all over the world, and the communication and service Joao & Christina provided was the best we have ever encountered! I felt like I was at a luxury hotel and had my own personal concierge service! They set up reasonably priced driving services, tour services & restaurant reservations. They even surprised me with delicious cake and champagne for my birthday! Joao’s map with restaurant recommendations was super helpful! Overall, a top notch experience and would most definitely stay in one of their rentals if ever back in Lisbon!

We had a great stay in LD Alfama a lovely rencent renovated apartment in the heart of Lisbon.

We had a great stay of 5 nights! The apartment is centrally located and convenient to all public transportation options. It is very well appointed with all amenities and I was amazed how they used all of the space to accommodate our needs. Especially noteworthy are the hosts - from arranging our transport from the train station to our departure to the airport and all their helpful tips on visiting Lisbon, they were superb!

We stayed with the family in the Rua Ferragail apartment and had an enjoyable time. Location was very convenient to restaurants and to the tram, metro and bus station. There were diverse cuisines from all over the world. And two 2-Michelin star were less than 1000 steps away. But the most important differentiating from other short term apartments is the host who communicates regularly and takes the extra mile to meet the needs of the guest. He arranged for airport transfer that was fair and straightforward. We also arranged tours through Joao and managed to get a discount. I have never met such an attentive host. Truly a Lisbon e Perrin r made more enjoyable by the attentiveness of the host!

Christina and João were super responsive to all of our needs — before, during and after our stay in Lisbon. They were always the right balance between personable and professional, which really helped us to focus on remote working mid-week and enjoying our time in Portugal on the weekends. Highly recommended!

There are no words to express how much we truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. It is in such a great location, and is perfect for a group. The beds are super comfy (all 5 of us slept SO well), the apartment was clean and had everything we needed to stay in and cook our New Years Eve meal. What really made our trip amazing however, was João’s outstanding hospitality. I have never experienced such an attentive and friendly Host. João went above, beyond and further!! João gave us SO much information about Lisbon we felt like locals. He even made a dinner reservation for us at a beautiful Fado restaurant and it was probably our favourite night out of the whole trip. João was always there to answer any questions we had promptly, and accommodated early/late check-in/out. We would like to sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts, João.
