They are a good company with great staff
Like a few others here it looks as if LDN is scamming customers, I too have had to do an advanced KYC and they are not responding. I sent them everything they asked over a week ago, no response. They are not processing withdraw of my balance of $1247.74.
$720 of which is my deposit and I cannot get it out.
Please I urge other traders of LDN to not trade with them as they are scamming me.

LDN is refusing to return my funds to me. They are also asking all kinds of personal questions I do not feel comfortable with. I have asked them to return my funds now twice but they are refusing.
I would warn other LDN clients to try get your funds out, but I don't know how much luck you are going to have...

I am having issues withdrawing at LDN Global Markets, this company feels like a complete scam!!
Up until April 16th I could withdraw with no problems, however I created a withdraw request on the 24th of April and it never got processed. I contacted their support and they gave no response.
Then out of the blue they are conducting an advanced compliance check on me asking me all kinds of very personal questions I prefer not to disclose, as of now they are refusing to pay out my profits of $660.60
I already completed their KYC as required to process deposits and withdraw requests.
It feels like perhaps they are insolvent or something, I would advise other clients to withdraw as soon as possible if this is how a firm treats its clients.

I have been trading with LDN Global Markets for several months without any problems. However, my recent experience has raised concerns. On April 23, they unexpectedly widened the spread on my trades, making it unprofitable for me to continue trading. Although my account is still showing a decent profit and I had already completed all required KYC procedures for deposits and withdrawals, they have now requested an extensive amount of additional personal information, including bank statements and a selfie with my ID. I have complied with all their requirements, but my requests to withdraw my profits have been met with silence, despite numerous attempts to contact them. I urge potential traders to be wary of this broker. While I hope that we can resolve these issues swiftly for the benefit of both parties, I recommend proceeding with caution if considering LDN Global Markets.
Update 10th May 2024: I sent all the required documents to LDN 1 week ago on Friday 3rd of May. I have followed up with them 3 times this week still to be met with silence, yet today they send me an email saying they have not received the requested documents. PAINFUL. I sent them again today, however just serving as a warning to all current LDN customers and potential other ones, please withdraw your funds immediately, it seems if you become profitable here this is their charade to not pay you your profit withdrawal.
